Great location & staff! Room show their age, especially the furniture, but the pool & spa is great. Renovations begin in 2027, which will update the rooms. Overall, a great place to stay in Laramie.

Our check-in process was smooth and easy. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and professional. After a long drive from Florida, their kindness and positive attitude made us feel comfortable right away. Thank you for the warm hospitality and great first impression!

Shabby, rundown, tired and ridiculously overpriced. $440 a night for this room was a ripoff, I would suggest avoiding this location. Everything was tired, rundown and the hotel needs a refurbishment with an ingrained dirty feel. The staff were all very nice and this was it's only redeeming feature.

The manager Jasmine was very kind and assisted me with an issue regarding my rate. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay with exceptional service.

This is one of the better hotels in Laramie, which isn’t saying much. The location is convenient, but the hotel really struggles when demand spikes. Prices swing dramatically depending on what’s happening at the University of Wyoming. During busy periods it feels like the owners are gouging customers while failing to staff the hotel properly. The property was noticeably understaffed, which caused slow service and unresolved issues. The rooms are in need of a serious remodel. The beds, couches, and chairs all felt old, worn, and uncomfortable. They should take some of the profits from those inflated rates and invest in updating the rooms instead of letting them fall into this condition. Basic housekeeping was also a problem — the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty when we arrived. We reported it the first night, but they were still empty the second night. Thankfully my wife had brought her own. Breakfast is overpriced at $18 per person and not worth it. Overall, it’s an acceptable fallback if it’s one of the few rooms left in town, but I wouldn’t choose this Hilton again at peak prices. The hotel isn’t maintaining the standards you’d expect, especially when they’re charging premium rates. After two nights we moved to the Holiday Inn.

Very clean and nice place. The restaurant bar was a great help as we were tired from a long drive. Able to eat and then crash.
