Gondola Getaway

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend it. 33 years ago it was one of our first dates. And anniversary, Christmas and special memories.

A romantic and fun marriage proposal! The entire team was amazing. Nick took great care of us. The experience felt magical. I would not have changed a thing. It was perfect. We highly recommend!

My company 7SUN MEDIA was making a video with a client and one of our scenes was on a Gondola. The folk at Gondola Getaway were accomodating and understanding, flexible and good sports. Working with a film crew can be a headache, but it says a lot about a company and its team when they can roll with the punches. Our footage was incredible and you should give this company some love.

I recently had my wedding ceremony at Gondola getaway and it super excited my expectations. This place was wonderful! The views are amazing. The staff are great and super helpful! Shout out to Joy and Rachel for the awesome customer service. Their warm demeanor and communication skills made the experience seamless. All of our guests had a great time and even mentioned coming back in their own to enjoy a Gondola ride.

I have been on multiple gondolier rides here at Long Beach and have always have them tell us stories about the houses and about some boats at the canal but this time he was absolutely silent. Made it kind of boring, I always enjoyed when they spoke to us. And when we would talk to him it seemed like he wanted us to stop talking since he would give us short responses. He never bothered singing either?? Probably won’t return back over here because of this experience.

Absolutely wonderful. Our first time and it was lovely with the holiday lights on the canals. Our gondolier was exceptional: engaging when engaged but also allowed us personal space to enjoy the cruise.

Had so much fun with the family. On gondola drivers were excellent just wish we would have gone down another canal to see more Christmas lights.

They finished off our 38 th anniversary with one of the best experiences we ever had. Shawntino was such a great skipper and navigator. One of our best memories ever

Have literally called everyday for a week to book and the girl answering the phone has put us on death hold every time. Have called multiple times a day. Just leaves you on hold until you hang up!!! Absolutely atrocious customer service. If there was less than 1 Star that would be the rating. But when we just showed up and asked to book….”absolutely let me see what we can do…oh sorry we don’t have any opening right now, in the future you should try calling ahead of time to book….” Same voice as on the phone when she puts you on hold… avoid at all costs. There are other companies to use, that would be my suggestion and there are gondolas there waiting to be used.. save yourself the frustration.

We went on the x-mas lights tour and it was so nice. Chris was such a cool guide and made the night better. Also we got a good picture at the end printed for us. Thank you for the ride. It is a little pricey but it's worth it.

Such a wonderful, unique experience right here in Southern California, especially at Christmas time.
