فندق Motel 6 Chicopee, MA - Springfield

While being an older motel, everything is clean and I've stayed here for 2 weeks on and off. Staff helped me find my headphones and remembered our names. I think some people are picky, this is a great place to stay. It's located in Chicopee, nice neighborhood. It's family owned, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all the updates. It's cheap, clean, and comfortable. Which is lovely compared to a typical motel if you think about it. McDonalds is 5 steps away. Love this place I will come back each time.

Horrendous customer service! Do not go here! They will "refund" but not actually give u the money back

Stay away! Bugs bugs bugs! Haven't been able to talk to manager and its been over a week now and still no calls back! Now the night guy is awesome and hes the only reason I have come back But this time waking up to roaches i just wont be able to come back

Second time staying here in a couple months time. The night guy on the front desk is really nice. First time we stayed a month or so ago we had a pretty good experience so we decided to stay again this time even tho it was a bit more money than other options. This time, however, was horrible!! First room we were put in had no heat and a broken TV. We were moved to another room (right next door) and it had bugs. We didn't realize it until the next day or we wouldn't have stayed even one night. We used Google lens to look up what kind of bugs we were dealing with. Two were cockroaches and the other one was a "drug bug" (whatever that is). Now when we get back to our hometown, instead of going home, we've got to go directly to the laundromat to was our belongings incase any Motel 6 bugs decided to hitch a ride in our stuff!!! The floor was all coming up causing tripping hazards. The "nightstand" was nailed on the wall instead of screwed and it fell off, crashing to the ground. The rooms need to be visited by an exterminator and updating to say the least. This is a costly, scary and gross lesson so take it from us do not stay here.

I have to say, times have changed at this motel. Was here 14 years ago and rooms were rough. I never walk barefoot ever, but had no choice this trip. “My feet were spotless after walking all night in the room” rooms are super clean. Place is well worth the money. By far. Good work to the housecleaning department

This is solidly a 2 or 3 star place to stay. Our room was fairly clean, but smelled like smoke (a non smoking room but yet there were butts on the balcony). Our belongings came home with clear smoke smell. It was mostly quiet, which is surprising given how close to the highway it is, though people were yelling in the middle of the night. The bed was extremely squeaky. Again, it's clean and an attempt has been made to make it look nicer, but it's bare bones. There's washcloths and soap but no hair dryer (for Massachusetts in October, I really wish this had been more clear). Notable things about the location--there is a gas station/truck stop across the street which houses EV chargers, gas pumps, and a diner and there's also a McDonald's in the same parking lot.

The room is very clean and quiet. I got a very good sleep and relaxation. Thank you very much. There is a McDonald's around there, very convenient for breakfast.
