PLEASE NEVER COME HERE! While I was checking in there were 3 other homeless people checking in , that wouldn't have been a problem if they actually maintain and clean their rooms. The whole hotel looks worse than a motel. I found a spider and 3 flies in my room . I promise you its not worth saving those couple of dollars. Biggest mistake we made!

I booked this hotel to attend Smith College’s graduation events. The rate they offered is around $120/day which I think is too high for what I got. The mattress is uncomfortable, you are literally sleeping over springs. The water pressure from the shower is low, and the temperature isn't high enough. The room card sometimes loss access you have to ask the front desk staff to help you reactivate. Room services stars on the third day unless you ask for one. Haven’t try the breakfast yet. No smoking policy is a pro to me

Rooms are ok. They are doing remodel the 1st floor. Very convenient location.

When I first pulled up I saw a lot of people and a lot of workers and it was a little confusing chaotic so I was a little concerned. The rooms could use a little tlc. And probably a better thicker blanket. Lol. But overall I really didn't find a reason to take any stars away. Though it seemed chaotic when I arrived I was able to rest I didn't hear any loud noises or out of order people. And when it was time to shut down I think things pretty much shut down and I might sleep wasn't Disturbed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The cleanup crew was at their job first thing in the morning. I can't really give it any complaints so I will give them their full five stars. Thank you for making my stay at very least peaceful.

I stayed at this hotel every month throughout my 3 year graduate program, and it truly became my home away from home. The hotel was always extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made such a difference during the stress of school and traveling. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating, always willing to help with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Maria at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing. She always greeted me with such warmth and kindness, remembered me every time I came in, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out and made every stay even better. I’m so grateful for all of the positive experiences I had here over the years and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and accommodating place to stay.

Really like the place, for the price was nice, the pool was close and that was the only bad. I would definitely recommend it, again for that price.

This was a very comfortable safe feeling place, friendly host though somewhat blunt when in conversation. That's not to say it was a bad think, just lacking in character is all. I would stay here again if ever in the area, this I'm confident in advising others to do so.
