The staff at this place was amazing. There were some unforseen things that happened and they kept it together and just flowed with it.

Great place, modern. The just need to vacuum the halls more frequently.

Worst room/customer service ever The customer service reps at the front desk Paulina & jay were rude after being told there were some concerns with room 226 at the time of check in. This room was dirty with an outdated microwave not worth the price.The elevator and the hot tub was out of service. The pull out couch was dirty and they stated that they have been trying to clean the stains but they were not coming out. The bottom of the tub is black and the rep stated there was nothing that they can do about the tub. When jay was asked if she would use that bathroom herself she said no. No light in the mini fridge and it was not defrosted. No sheets for pull out bed or sheets in the closet to use. Only thing was offered was a new mini fridge by Paulina at front desk. After stating a King room could be offered by Jay(female) at front desk, she insisted that the new room could not be viewed and then declined to offer the room after it was offered. She stated she spoke with her manager Roxanna and stated she won’t be in office until Monday and Paulina offered a discount but she didn’t know how much. After explaining this was not satisfactory and would like to speak to the manager, she stated that she will refund 4 out of the 5 nights and that this is not the hotel for us so we would need to go somewhere else. A full Refund was requested and then we explained we have only been here for 15 mins but she stated we still would not get a full refund. At this point they did not care and Paulina started rushing us out the hotel. Worst customer service ever and will never book this hotel again.

Very comfortable, quite,friendly.

We were there for 3 nights end of April. Arrived on a Thursday. The first evening was fine except for only one elevator. One out of service. And only one wash cloth for 2 adults for 4 night. We asked the desk and they said that's all they provide for each room. Friday turned bad. Still no elevator and the hotel was getting full. We went down to the hot tub for a while. But was asked to leave because an alarm was making noise and they didn't know how to check it. Kids ran the hallways until at least midnight unchecked. Besides the bed being lumpy and the fitted sheet not fitting. We got no rest. Breakfast could barely be called that, No varity and cold. Better breakfast at cheaper hotels. The last night the pool and hot tub was posted as closed again, this time because someone had pooped in the pool. Went down later to see people in the hot tub, signs still posted. Got woke up at 6 am by someone screaming in the hall. It was unbearable. Overall I would never recommend this hotel. Dirty, noisy and not well maintained or managed. Part of our group was there for an ultra marathon he ran 100 miles in 24 hours. And was anticipating use of the hot tub. Only to be turned away.

$200 credit card hold was a surprise. Hot tub jets don't work No apologies from staff. They don't seem to love their jobs understandable given the short comings.

Don't recommend if you actually are looking to get any sleep. Freeway noise is constant and the blind on the window is so thin darkening the room is impossible. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and the carpet by the bathroom door was ripped with a chunk missing. The only good thing was the location to my conference.

Had a great interaction with the front desk staff and the location manager. They helped navigate a weird issue and I think it turned out to be a win-win. It’s not often you get this level of service. Based on this interaction alone, I’d feel comfortable booking here again.
