Front desk and manager are horrible. After reading a few reviews I see I am not the only one. I cancelled and left.
Everything online says there is a bar. There isn't.
Clean occasion Overall, except for the stained bathtub floor. Breakfast was okay, but limited in options compared to others. A bit too much freeway noise for me.
Stayed at this hotel for two nights for a wedding. Rooms were not the cleanest. Breakfast is lacking as they do not have what is advertised. Upon checking out I accidentally left a pair of heels in the room. Have called several times and the shoes were not found. The only other person in the rooms would have been staff. Its really too bad they need to steal customers items!
Left 2 stars because we actually didn't even stay, so wouldn't know how the rooms are. Upon arrival, it was obvious the amenities described online didn't match what was actually available. No restaurant, bar/lounge or pool available for guests. When respectfully addressed, both my spouse & I individually received very indifferent responses. Both then at the desk, and now after 5 previously unanswered phone attempts, we have received the same reply "we can issue a full refund, once the manager gets in". It's now been 10 days with no resolve even attempted by Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove. Save your time, book somewhere that cares for their customers.
From the pee stained beds to the poorly made and limited selection breakfast, this place is in serious need of renovation. The bathroom had what appeared to mold or heavy mildew. I would stay far away and find something nicer. For $250 a night, this place was a complete rip off.
