Best view!!! Which means more to me then service or fancy rooms. Easy access to the beach. If you book in the office season rooms are less then 1/2 the price.

I did a solo overnight trip to montauk, I treated myself to a oceanfront room great view very relaxing. I enjoyed my stay. I would go back again.

I forgot my orthopedic pillow and they kindly mailed it to me upon my request. Cant beat the view no matter what the season. Ive been to the Condos both summer and winter. They are clean and comfortable. Bring yr own blanket to snuggle with on couch while sitting next to fireplace watching the ocean.

Only nice thing about this place is that it’s in Montauk. We had a room that only had hot water but we didn’t realize that until the morning. Called the office, they sent someone who said they couldn’t do anything they offered us a ‘new room’ to shower in but we were checking out in an hour and didn’t want to lug everything there. I wasn’t looking for a free room but at least 20% for the unconvinced. I’m sure anywhere else is better than this place- in service and maintenance. I recommend Solé Beach across the street.

To start ,the front desk people are very rude ,the woman hung up on me after I asked for her name as she was being very unprofessional on the phone call. Next ,we arrive to our room to find the sheets filthy with what looked like bed bugs and people’s hair under the sheets (disgusting ) signs that they don’t change the linen , We would not sleep in the bed we left and got no refund as this staff is nothing but rude and this roach motel is a dump and oh yeah, also from when we checked in at 3:00 pm the footsteps from up above our room stomping non stop ,til we left past 10:45 pm horrible , shame on this establishment .Steve the owner oft this place should come relook at his investment and get rid of this staff for one … rude staff,filthy beds,and non stop noise from above , we will NEVER stay at the royal again
