Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro

Just your normal hotel room. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The pool was kind of small but still enjoyable for the children.

This is a great spot to stay the night. It’s is a large spread out property with plenty of parking and even has EV charging. We have stayed here a few times and always come away happy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We always stay in a king suite with a pull out sofa. It is the largest room they have but super nice with a bathroom in between which almost feels like two separate spaces. The beds are super comfortable and the kids even think the sofa bed is comfortable. We never hear any noises from outside or then hallway so they have thick walls and doors. Everything we are in town this is our hotel we use.

I hate it when they leave a bottle of water in the room and tell you that it costs extra to drink it.

Me and my son absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro! Fred was such a blessing! Upon check in, he could tell that my day was not going well and he was very professional and attentive to our needs! He was also courteous and has excellent customer service! Fred needs a raise/promotion bc these are characteristics that are beneficial to the Hilton family! He is definitely an asset! We love Fred! Thank you for making everything smooth and stress free!!!!

Tim was a fantastic bartender! He kept the conversation moving and fun and engaged and the drinks coming. Janelle was awesome as well! Great customer service from both!

Good location and very clean. Nice breakfast and very clean rooms. Good location and very quiet. Nice large screen flat tv with good selection of channels. WiFi was OK. Good value. Plenty of restaurants in the area within a short drive. Update 2-6-20 stayed here again last night and had a great stay, except there was no hot water at 7:30 this monring. Location is not great area lately. Not a safe place to walk around after dark. The area is getting worse

Fred at front desk was great. Food was fresh and even have cooked to order. Rooms clean.
