The location is excellent, the staff very friendly, and it has all the basic necessities. It's perfect for a clean and comfortable place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing. It's quiet and the area is lovely. Several metro stations are very close by. 10 out of 10.

Great location near the Flatiron Building, yet very quiet. Close to the subway. The hotel is clean, and the service is very friendly.

Everything was excellent!!! Service, location, cleanliness, friendliness...excellent treatment from everyone, especially Zee!!! 100% perfect! Close to the subway, you can leave your luggage after checkout.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, which took me some time to choose due to the various reviews. It has a fantastic location and, above all, excellent value for money in New York! Of course, it's not perfect, but I'm delighted to have stayed there, even though we spent very little time there since the goal was to enjoy the city. The staff was friendly, the room was small with a view of the opposite window but adequate, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well despite being quite noisy. We were able to leave our backpacks there in the morning, which was convenient.

The place was great! The rooms were great! The 2 bedroom was just small, but I guess for New York it was normal. We were right in the middle of everything. The Flatiron building is a block away There is a great little park with a Shake Shake, An Eataly, subway entrances and The Harry Potter Store within a block. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Found a shoe that had been taken with the laundry even!!! It was great. Stay here.

Due to unforeseen circumstances (health reasons), we were forced to request alternatives for our trip. For example, a cancellation with a surcharge or a change of dates. Despite requesting assistance in good faith, four months in advance, the hotel refused to help, citing their non-refundable policy. The hotel only agrees to retain the full payment. I understand that the reservation was non-refundable, but considering the advance notice and our willingness to demonstrate the validity of our request, I consider the hotel's service extremely poor.

Great location, worth the slightlyg higher price. Can walk to lots of nearby stations, coffee shops, restaurants, parks. Staff was great.

This was a good hotel for the money. It’s extremely basic so don’t stay here if you’re high maintenance. It was clean and met our needs no problem. Beds were comfortable and was glad there was a fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Area is a few minutes walk to several subway stations. My only complaint is it is $2 a bag to store luggage and then you need to put it in and take it out yourself, staff just leads you to the room.

The staff and the location were good . The room felt way overpriced for the size of it. Felt like a pod , but more expensive than it. Barely any room to move around the bed to even keep the luggage away.

A well-maintained hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and very clear explanations of their procedures. They didn't require the staff to come and clean the room. I slept on the 10th floor with a view of the Empire State Building 🤩. Yes, New York is noisy, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The hotel is very well located, halfway between many interesting places to see. Thank you for your hospitality!
