Came here for a weekend trip with the family. Reasonably priced and clean. Location was great. Will be returning

The rooms are tight, they are filthy. The hotel is close to the subway but the neighborhood has gone down hill and does not feel safe. I don’t recommend for family. We were not able to stay and could not get a refund for the unused night.

Unfortunately, our experience at this New York hotel was quite disappointing. The room was poorly maintained, showing signs of wear and tear, the cleanliness was below expectations, and the hot water in the shower wasn't working. The staff wasn't very helpful when we reported some problems during our stay, and the service seemed indifferent to our complaints. Furthermore, the soundproofing was poor, making it difficult to rest due to the constant noise. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard. We don't intend to stay there again and we don't recommend the hotel.

great location, friendly and helpful staff, location right next to the Flat Iron building, lots of food options, great subway access to downtown or uptown, 10 minutes walk from Penn Station. clean rooms, reasonable size, price is right for the quality, we will definitely come back if we travel to NY.
