When my husband and I booked this room we were very skeptical because of the reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised by our stay. We did not experience any of the negative comments or things that people were saying. The only issue I had was the front desk lady had a little bit of an attitude when I was having trouble with my key, but it was nothing serious enough for me to be angry or hold a grudge. Another thing, they do require a $300 security deposit during your stay to ensure nothing is ruined, I completely understand that, and most places do require a security deposit but $300 did seem to be a lot and took us by surprise. I did not fight them on it, I paid it, and I got it within 2 business days back. However, for other people staying it seemed to be an issue. My husband and I were staying at the very first room by the front desk so we could hear people screaming and yelling about the $300, understandable. Going back to the comments about the housekeeping and location. Our room was very clean, the air conditioning was already on so we walked into a nice cool room. The sheets and and pillow cases were completely clean, our TV and mini fridge worked perfectly fine. Other than that incident with one of the front desk members, everyone else was very nice and welcoming. We did not notice any people standing outside the hotel making us feel unsafe. We even got back around 2am one night, no issues at all. Nobody tried to enter our room without permission, not even housekeeping, and nothing was stolen from us. We also did not smell any drugs or see any drug activity through our stay. We also enjoyed the location, it was very close to a lot. Target is just around the corner and because we were in town for a wedding, Uber rides were very cheap and fast or you could walk.

Stay somewhere else if you can. You will find a elevator that gets stuck between floors and is falling apart. Rooms that are dirty, missing normal things like working toilet paper holders, uncomfortable mattresses, and friendly roaches.

Stay somewhere else. I thought it was just a little bit cheap because the tv was broken and we had to retrieve our own towels and toilet paper. However, the 2 nd night we found a used condom wrapper and it’s myself, my daughter and a co- worker- it’s not ours. I wanted someone to come clean it up and insure our room would be thoroughly cleaned tomorrow. The woman argued with me and said we could only change rooms. Needing to get up early and knowing the other rooms weren’t going to be cleaner I said no but someone needed to come clean it up. It wasn’t our responsibility. A security guard finally came up to get it. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in , in a long time. The beds are small and this mattresses and pillows are thin. No tissues even and only one trash can in the room none in the bathroom.

Cherie in the front is a GREAT addition to the team! Also the two guys and the Manager very nice. Black girl with braids seemed dismissive. She was ok. Maybe it was a bad day for her? I always stay here! I enjoy the location and the housekeepers are GREAT! Try Gretel and Sons if hungry. Lgbtq friendly

I enjoy staying at this hotel place nice and clean very quiet also smells sooo good. Employees very friendly front desk staff awesome customer service. I would stay there again thanks

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom had a strong urine smell from the moment we checked in, and the carpets throughout the room were filthy and stained. The bed frame was broken and made noise every time we moved, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. For the condition of this room, the price was completely unreasonable. Paying $125 per night at a decent hotel would have been a far better option than staying here. The entire property felt poorly maintained, outdated, and neglected. The cleanliness standards were far below acceptable, and the stay was not comfortable at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean or relaxing place to stay.

I have been traveling nationally and internationally for many years, but I have honestly never experienced this kind of service before. I stayed at this hotel with my parents during my graduation celebration. Since we had an early morning flight, we arrived exhausted. The morning front desk staff were kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. We rested for a while and later realized that the AC in Room 128 was not working, there was no proper WiFi connection, and there was no water available in the room. Since I had my graduation ceremony to attend, we decided to deal with it later that night. However, when we returned after the program on May 17th, the experience became extremely disappointing. The woman and the gentleman at the front desk responded with rude and dismissive behavior when I politely explained the issues. I was told, “We can’t do anything at this time, you have to deal with it and have a good night.” When I expressed that this was not an appropriate way to speak to a guest, the gentleman sarcastically mentioned that coffee was available for free “if you want free stuff.” I found this behavior extremely disrespectful, judgmental, and unprofessional. I was not asking for anything free — I had paid for the room and simply expected basic amenities and respectful customer service. The room was unbearably hot, and only after continued discussion did they finally move us to Room 129, but the entire interaction was filled with attitude and hostility. The next morning, I personally spoke with the manager, Edie, and explained the entire situation. She apologized sincerely and informed me that the hotel would provide a 20% discount/refund due to the inconvenience and staff behavior. However, it has now been over a week, and no action has been taken. Since I booked through Super.com, I contacted them after waiting 3–4 business days, but there has still been no update regarding the promised refund. I genuinely hoped this matter would be handled professionally, but unfortunately, I now feel forced to leave this review. No guest should be treated this way, especially during such an important and special occasion.

Stayed here 2 weeks ago with my truck and came back tonight after pre booking the room and they said 65$ to park

The hotel was overpriced and dirty. We had holes in the bathroom door and the carpet was sticky. And we got stuck on the elevator.

This place literally traumatized me! It is filthy!! As soon as you walk in you can tell it’s dirty, the elevator stinks! But I still decided to give it a chance thinking that the room would be cleaner with no smell. BUT OFC NOT! THE SMELL in the room was disgusting, the blankets had hair on them. I tried to stay the night but I STARTED HAVING A STOMACHACHE ! And MY BODY STARTED ITCHING! After 3 hrs I couldn’t stay there anymore and I had to leave at 1am! I asked for a refund but ofc the front desk Girl said she couldn’t authorize that, to call the next day and ask for the manager that “she would give it back”. I call the next day and ofc, the manager is “NOT IN”, supposedly the guy who picked up left her a NOTE to call me back BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CALL! I had to go thru my bank to get my money back bc of course their customer service is terrible (front desk girl was cool but still no help at all). Their manager is never available and now, I am so skeptical about booking other hotels bc of the experience I had in this place! Disgusting!!!

Staff was friendly. Whole property smells like marajuana. Elevators need work. Noisy, rough. Coffee bar in the lobby is very very limited. Every electrical outlet in this place is worn out and loose or missing. Not enough outlets… have to unplug the fridge to use the microwave. Not a single usb port for charging anywhere. No alarm clock. No freezer. This place needs some major major updates. Seems neglected since it was opened. Should really replace the outlets before the place burns down.
