This was the worst hotel experience ever ..they dont change their top sheets which is disgusting as all hell....I was eaten up by Dustmites because Im allergic and had a bad reaction I added photos room 202 beware every room most likely...just disgusting never ever again will I go to this hotel chain!!!! Disgusting
Our stay was a horrible experience. The TV and phone is our room did not work because they were not connected to the Internet. No one on the staff had any idea of how to fix the problem. Our room lacked an adequate supply of towels, toilet tissue, and tissues and the coffee maker did not work properly. One of the elevators was out of order and the general appearance of the entire property was shabby and in need of a total makeover. NEVER AGAIN will we stay at a Red Roof property.
Great stay cant complain
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property felt extremely old and poorly maintained. The room smelled strongly of both weed and cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. There was visible mold in the shower, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The receptionist was unfriendly and not helpful when I brought up my concerns. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had noticeable stains on them, making the room feel unsanitary. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or customer service, and I would not recommend staying here.
Definitely needs to be cleaned and upgraded
Caveat Emptor: A Marketing Trap This property should drop the "+" from its name and replace it with a "-"! We knew we were in for trouble the moment we walked into the lobby. The reception desk was behind a glass partition and we had to ring a bell service. Things went downhill from there. Only one elevator worked properly; the other was dirty and clearly lacked recent servicing. Upon entering our room, we discovered none of the lights were plugged in, and the bedside lamp wasn't working. When I tried calling the desk to report this, I realized the phone handset had no wire connecting it to the base. The bathroom was no better, featuring a leaky faucet and a hole in the door. The final straw was finding hair in the bed sheets, at which point we demanded a room change. If it hadn't been so late and we weren't so tired, we would have left immediately. I am writing this to warn others not to fall for the marketing. Management desperately needs better training. Look elsewhere if you want to avoid disappointment.
This place is so bad, they didn’t have toilet paper, towels or shampoo in the room. The hotel was disgusting and it looks so torn down, you feel like you’re in a bad motel, not hotel. It’s so run down, they don’t care anymore that it stinks and carpets are dirty. Don’t book here, I’m warning you, you’ll regret it. This was the door to the bathroom, a big hole and a door that doesn’t close well.
