The rooms are tired. Poorly situated, and cramped.

Horrible experience, super old, dirty, noisy rooms without proper ac.

Bad experience, loud, issues with payment, broken shower. Not recommended

Used to be my favorite hotel! I stayed there exclusively, but, unfortunately, their mattress’s are now, like sheet metal!!! The worst mattress I’ve ever slept on! Surreal! My body is still killing me! I left, Tuesday, after, 3 nightt, like a zombie! Ruined my trip! I contacted the guest services, to no avail.. Sent emails etc… Nothing!

Don’t book. Rooms ok but bathroom is disgusting. Very small and very shabby. Sorsha the reception manager is rude , dismissive when we asked if we could move rooms and very unhelpful. She basically told us to check out in the next 30 mins if we didn’t like it!

The foyer of the hotel was beautiful but our room was old and definitely needed some major tlc. we were only there for two nights so we didn't complain but I wouldn't recommend to go there again especially for the price we paid we should've had a beautiful room- i felt like we paid Ritz prices and ended up at the Red Roof Inn.

Please save your money and do not stay at this hotel… they can get away with charging $716 per night because of location, but a total dump. The hallways are extremely dark, grungy and not a clean, from the hallways to the room. Carpets are dirty and the bathrooms are just worn and nasty looking, super tiny. Our water dripped from the time we entered til the time they moved us to a new room. The room and especially bathrooms are hot and never cool off like normal hotel rooms are supposed too, especially for the month of June it’s ridiculous. The air never got cold and was on 65, unfortunately there is no ventilation in the bathroom and you can forget taking a shower, because you aren’t going to feel clean…your going to sweat as you dry off because of the extreme hotness and no ventilations. The phone does not have numbers. So, you don’t know what to use to dial to the front desk or anywhere else in the hotel to get some assistance, when the engineer came he said all of their phones are like that. We never got towels til the next day. I called three times on day one and day two still none. I guess we will see if they ever bring them. It’s a total rip off, this hotel should totally be shut down and upgraded for where it is and the nightly rates they are charging. Literally they are just taking people money and I wished I would have trusted the reviews. It’s just taking people money and making a killing. As we can tell they definitely are not using it to clean the hotel. Everything looks just absolutely unsanitary and not clean. Beware of this total dump.

I booked this hotel for my family (of 5) so my husband and toddler could swim while I saw a broadway show with my older kiddos. They got ready to swim and walked up to the pool to find it closed for a private event. After the show, our room key didn’t work and needed to be replaced 3 times. The room was not cleaned well - a dry contact was stuck to the floor 🤢. Only upside was the kind staff and location.
