Disgusting hotel with less than helpful staff

So far so great! Front desk clerk was a sweet-heart. Room really clean. Jacuzzi worked as should. Plenty of close by eating choices.

Front desk service was friendly and took care of me.

We checked out of the Super 8 North Little Rock/McCain after spending the weekend at a pickleball tournament at Burns Park. It was a retched stay. We tried to activate the TV upon entering, to discover the controller missing the back cover and being inoperative. The front desk help came and fought with it for a while and finally gave up. I could finally use the buttons on the TV’s side to get one channel. The vanity towel rack was hanging by one screw. The help came back and didn’t have the tools to correct the problem. The shower had 2 access panels that were ripped loose from the wall with shower water entering. There were three drawers for clothing below the TV and only one had a handle. The other two you had to pull out by the screws with your fingernails. We asked to speak with a manager – but he was “unavailable”. Like we said, “it was retched”. We were in room #104, but we also paid for a friend to stay in room #203. He had the same problem as us with his TV. No help.

I’ve stayed here several times with no mishap. This time we checked into a room where the sheets had piss on them and they never tried to fix that issue, we were moved to another room where the people next door made so much noise throughout the night!! The manager was suppose to call my sister but that didn’t happened. So the room we are in now, the toilet runs constantly and there’s a roach!!!!!! This is so unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend them to anyone after the pissy sheets and management not contacting my sister back! We are definitely calling the health department..

I checked in Sunday April 12th 2026 due to visiting family & this is centrally located to see all of my family so i chose this hotel. My sister & I checked in room 214 & left & came back went to bed. we woke up there was pee all over my bed that was not noticed the night before. At 5am we went to the office they put us in a different room & said the manager would call me. I went back up to the office twice Hope said she would have them call nobody ever did. In the new room there were roaches. Ive asked for a refund with no response. I said I was checking out early they asked why I dont see why when they saw exactly WHY! DO NOT STAY HERE. I WILL put this on social media & I WILL BE contacting corporate as well since I cant get a response from the manager and they cant do the right thing & refund my stay for the inconvenience. I will be contacting the Arkansas Department of health & filing a complaint as well. The roach is the 2nd room we was in which is room 112. And let's not talk about the loud people that sits on the stairs & laughs all night and wakes ppl up.
