Wow! I was really impressed by this place. I got off a hideously long international flight and needed to crash in Little Rock because there was no way I was going to drive an hour after that flight! The place is beautifully designed, cozy, clean and in an excellent location. I hear the breakfast is good so I’m looking forward to that! It have to say D’Angelo (I hope i spelled it right!) made the stay a million times better ! He was super warm and helpful and even got me a late checkout since I got in well past midnight. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I reserved a room for one night. I could see my car from my very window for safety but with staff very friendly, and nice people, I thought nothing bad of this neighborhood. I was truly wrong. Once I woke up I went straight to my car and realized I had been robbed. My suitcase open and clothes all over the floor, and all my kids and my jewelry were gone. I asked staff to check cameras, and they told me from where my car was parked it wasn’t shown on camera, but the cars beside me were. What a coincidence. I asked who was working that night and they replied with only their Hispanic staff. Implying since I was Hispanic it was my people. I do doubt, but only God truly knows. I do not recommend, and won’t be coming here again.
Would put a 0 star if I could. Staff was a little too friendly I thought oh they’re very nice & the next day my vehicle was robbed. Told the workers & it just so happed my truck was the only vehicle not shown on camera.
We almost always try to stay at Tru hotels due to convenience and the clean modern feel of them, especially for a one night stay while on road trips. Unfortunately, this particular stay was very unpleasant. After driving all day, multiple days in a row, we got no sleep here due to the noise. Even after multiple calls to the front desk. We sleep with a sound machine on and everything but could still hear whoever was doing parkour above us, someone snoring next door, a constant creaking in the walls, and toilets flushing all night. I’m being generous with 3 stars due to the cleanliness and the decent breakfast.
Perfect location right off of highway with comfortable bed
