Location is good. This place is run down and not up to Hilton name. The shower has a crazy noise or bend when you step in the middle. The shower head is disgusting 🫣. One elevator and the hallways could use some paint. It looks.like something out of a horror movie.

While staying here I had interactions with 3 different staff at the front desk, the hotel manager, the breakfast staff, and housekeeping staff. Everyone, every single one of them, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and actually seemed to care about our stay and comfort. The hotel was clean and very nice. The hotel rooms are being updated and we were lucky to be in a newly updated room. It was great to have plenty of USB-C and USB-A charging options and the room was nice. We've stayed in other facilities in Olympia but none better situated from this hotel. Walk out the door and there are many restaurants within a short walk, the waterfront trail is across the street. This will be our go-to place to stay when in Olympia.

Solid hotel in a good location – clean, friendly, and reliable This hotel is a really solid choice for the area. It offers exactly what you need: cleanliness, a good location near the water, and a very friendly team. The staff is the biggest plus for me. The receptionists were super friendly, quick, and professional. You can tell that the people who work here enjoy their jobs and put in the effort. I also liked the rooms. They are large, have comfortable beds, and a nice, modern bathroom. The cleanliness is particularly positive – something that isn't always a given in this area. They really make sure everything stays tidy and well-maintained. I do have two minor criticisms, though: - The area in the evening and at night feels a bit gloomy and potentially unsafe. No one will probably get hurt, but I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night without a car. - It lacks a real standout feature. The hotel does many things well, but nothing really stands out. It's a very good all-around package, but not a "wow" hotel. In conclusion: A hotel that excels at the basics: cleanliness, friendliness, and well-designed rooms. If the surroundings were a bit more pleasant at night, my rating would be even higher. Despite these minor criticisms, I would book here again anytime.

The real star of the show is Paul. He is the bartender. So thoughtful, kind, and easy going. He makes a friend out of anyone that sits down. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk and get to many good restaurants. Rooms are clean and remodeled and the front desk team is super helpful.

Quick and easy booking. The staff were very helpful with the recommendations of the things to do while I was in the area for the day. Clean and quiet stay.

Good place in good location, the breakfast is good with delicious coffee, tea, continental breakfast and good service.

The room is nice. Location is good. On my last night I went down to the bar and ordered a glass of wine. The bartender, Paul, gave me dirty looks and bad vibes, I suppose because wine is too posh for him, even though wine and beer and water are all equally liquid beverages. I suggest this person go work elsewhere if he is going to act that way. If management sees this, I suggest at least educating him.
