Great place to get away. Remodeled rooms, great pool with beautiful landscape. My recommendation is that you chill at this property and enjoy the great pools/ jacuzzi and awesome people. My only additional comment is that the pricing at this place has been going up and up, it is now more expensive than other resorts offering very comparable services. The city of PS itself is a great town, the nightlife is so fun with many gay bars and the hiking around is beautiful. If you are up to a drive, Joshua tree np is amazing.

First time at this hotel. Everything about it was amazing. I hated to leave and cannot wait to be back.

Looking back, I realized the overall experience needed some editing. I wanted to have access to The Atrium resort as part of my stay, and it had always been before, for years! After being told I would have access by the front desk employee, this was not the case. In the room the fridge door handle was a bit loose; additionally, in the bedroom was an imitation tree which started falling apart during my stay, and was so flimsy there was no way to save it. And lastly, on my bill was a Resort Use Fee after having a 4-night stay. Funny way to lure me to return after driving across 2 states to get to the resort. Thanks for reading.

We had an amazing time at Vista Grande! The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly kind. Fun atmosphere and great guests. Highly recommend!

If I could give the service at VG more than five stars, I would! Such a great, kind, generous group of staff who are friendly at every turn. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return. Also — such a lush landscape in a town that doesn’t have many!

Very close to the airport, but don't use the bus because it only comes once an hour. The breakfast is made fresh every morning by a chef who gives several options. The pools, but one are heated. There are misters all over to cool down the desert heat. The owners are doing a good job of keeping the rooms updated. The staff is very friendly. I want to come back next time I'm down here.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a team of staff who clearly take immense pride in what they do. Their dedication shows—not only in the service, but also in the ongoing upgrades and improvements being made to the property. It’s clear they’re investing real heart into making this place even better. The environment is open, freeing, and filled with genuinely kind people. Everyone I encountered, from staff to guests, contributed to a truly uplifting experience. And can we talk about the breakfast? Absolutely fantastic—delicious, fresh, and the perfect start to each day. A special shoutout goes to Tom, the manager, who might just be the nicest and most accommodating person I’ve ever met in a hospitality role. His presence alone sets the tone for the kind and inclusive vibe of the entire place. I had an incredible stay and will absolutely be returning as often as I can. Wholeheartedly recommended.

We just stayed at Vista Grande for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed our selves and absolutely loved our visit!! Here’s reasons why to stay here: 1. Fantastic service as shown by: Upon arrival staff noticed that we were checking in and seamlessly showed us from our uber to our room. Breakfast was cooked to order. Thoughtful attention: lunch was ordered and put in our refrigerator. Room was upkept throughout the stay. Umbrellas were lowered by staff during high winds. Etc 2. Beautiful grounds - care was taken to landscape the property and they make an effort to upkeep it. Every morning while here I noticed there were always grounds keepers working. There was even a worker skimming the pool at night. 3. Relaxed, non-pretentious vibe. All of the people we met were very friendly. The grounds are quiet except the main pool area does have piped in music but it is at a comfortable volume level 4. Nicely updated and decorated rooms 5. Ease of communication. Got a welcome text prior to check in. Ordered lunch via that text thread. Got an itemized receipt via email a day after check out. My only picky comment is that I did not notice a smoke detector in the room. But that would not keep me from staying here again. If you want a completely relaxing visit in a very comfortable environment, stay here!!
