The Inn At Leola Village - A Historic Hotel of America

We loved this boutique resort hotel. The staff service was impeccable. We stayed in the Wine Cellar suite, it was lovely. We spacious, private and charming. We enjoyed the restaurant, cofee shop, pool, and live music. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel.

Worth every penny. Best service. Nicest facilities. Great location. Restaurant was over the top delicious. It was everything I was going for and more. Highly recommend.

Wife and I planned an anniversary day away. Booked a room at Leola Inn. Upon our arrival no where to park, had to park next door due to a wedding at the inn. The doorman was very nice, showed us the room, and offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and advised us of some local spots for dining and breakfast. We were assigned room 204 a jacuzzi suite. The room is dated but that didn’t bother us. The jacuzzi tub is lack luster the jets barely worked. Bed was firm with no give. The part that caused this to be an absolutely terrible experience is the room adjoins the cafe, and you can hear everything. Sounds like people are in the room with you. Staff and maybe guests were in there in the evening, we could hear laughter and items being moved around. Then at 6:30am it sounds as though you’re serving breakfast to the entire inn from your bed. You hear everything from the cafe in the room. Which for over $500 a night I shouldn’t be woken up at 6:30am to the breakfast bonanza and be able to hear and participate in everyone’s breakfast conversation from the bed in the room, really disappointed with the stay.

I came here for a spa weekend. The staff was amazing! Right from the start, every staff member was attentive and very kind. The food and drinks at the restaurant/bar were incredible! The hotel was nice, but not as high class as it is made out to be. Rooms were dated and you can tell much of the hotel/restaurant/common areas are in desperate need of aesthetic improvements (new capet, doors that dont close properly, broken light fixtures, bath tub that doesn't drain when you shower, hole in ceiling at bar, etc). The spa services were nice, but the amenities at the spa were limited. There was no shower in the changing room and no hot tub/private pool area to use which was a let down. Also, I was under the impression that they frowned upon young children staying here, but there were definitely very loud young children staying in the same hallway as me. I typically wouldn't mind this, but being woken up at 5am by a crying, yelling toddler is not my idea of a relaxing "upscale" spa weekend. Definitely been to nicer spas and hotels

We spent just one night at The Inn at Leola Village. We Loved it so much. Spacious, lots of amenities and the parking was so convenient for my husband who recently is recovering from a knee replacement surgery. I used the spa and wow was I surprised. If you’re spending the night here, you must make time in your schedule for a spa treatment.. That being said, the whole area looked like the sweeper needed to run. Always the elevators did not seem as though they had been swept in a long time. The lighting in the rooms wasn’t the best and there were very few outlets But still, we loved it. We absolutely loved it.

Beautiful Inn. Comfy and cozy rooms. Exceeded all my expectations. Delicious Food.

Checked in on 5/6 to a room without hot water.

A really special stay at The Inn at Leola Village. The property has a unique charm—beautifully restored buildings with a cozy, upscale feel that stands out from your typical hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and full of character. Staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Great spot if you’re looking for something a little different with a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

There was a beautiful view outside, but the room inside was not at a 4-star level.

I stayed at the Lancaster house, I was impressed with room 505, the only con was the style of bathroom door it was like a barn style half door... No privacy when using the toilet and you can smell the poop sessions from the King size bed so that wasn't my favorite. Also the room was warm and it was such an inconvenience the AC was trash.

This place is a gem !! So quaint and just beautiful. Amazing staff !
