The hotel was outstanding. The staff is really good at what they do and they're very careful and conscientious to help you in every way possible. Only. Downfall is the breakfast but it's pretty much that way at every hotel I've been to. The young lady Toy that is on staff there who works in the evenings is a freaking lifesaver. Not only has she assisted me with trying to help get some vehicle assistance sorted out but she loaned me her car to drive to Costco so I could buy a battery to replace the one from my vehicle. Without her assistance it would have been a long hot June walk from the hotel to the Costco and back carrying the batteries. You can't ask for better customer service than that and helping the guest.

The Tru by Hilton Mobile met the chain's expectations. A simple, clean, and functional hotel, ideal for a stay without many demands. Nothing exceptional, but it fulfilled its promise well.

The cleaning staff must not have cared very much for the room I received. Found hair balls under the bed and all over bathroom, body hair on every surface and linens, crusty and heavily stained towels, bbq sauce on the nightstands, and the mini-fridge probably worked better as a low-temp microwave oven. Will not be returning to this location.

Needs work from hotel (warm shower water, not hot), to politeness of some of the staff.

We stayed 4 days, they never came to replace towels, the shower was leaking all over the bathroom and mold was along the bottom of the shower door. Our blackout curtain could not be raised, the pillows and bed were not comfortable. The last night there a spider bit my leg multiple times in my sleep.

We stayed one night at this hotel . Rooms were disappointing. No coffee maker . Rooms were bland . Cleaning crew stole my home made quilt that I left on the bed . Called repeatedly to ask for help to find the person that stole it . They just kept saying it wasn’t in lost and found . Wrote to the company with no Answer to solve this problem . The cleaning staff steals your things ! Don’t stay here !

Had to cancel my reservation due to death in the family. The manager is always too busy to talk on the phone and she doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner. So on top of being devastated by this death, I also am not even getting a refund because the manager is incompetent. The lady at the front desk said that she’s the only one running the building the whole hotel and she has no help but how was that my problem? They need to hire more people and she needs to start responding to emails and answering phone calls.

Hi, so I never stayed on this hotel before my first time. I always stay in hotels by Hilton, but I had a really bad experience with this one, I chose this hotel because it looked more modern newer and the fact that has Netflix and free WiFi and all. But anyway, receptionist was nice, but when I got to the room I started looking around window cover was all ripped, floor was sticky, mirrors were smeared as someone had cleaned with a dirty rag, as I went to the bathroom floor had hairs on the floor, as I went to shower, shower pan was dirty, there was hair on the walls, crusty brown stuff around the glass doors, after showering the floor got wet so I got the floor towel to dry and towel got brown. I get it I hadn’t checked properly that this is a 2 star hotel, but still no proper cleaning? I stay at hotels all the time never had this problem, mostly hotels by Hilton like this on or IHG. I went to the reception and asked them to do a better cleaning tomorrow, we will see how it goes.
