Good hotel

Worst experience on my business trip.. only thing good about this hotel is location ..starting from coffee at front desk to breakfast to room to very service is so bad that it can’t be explained . I gave clothes for laundry and it was returned without washing and even charged me for that .. very very bad experience .. do avoid

Rooms were too small tight space in bathroom, only option for parking is their expensive $45 valet, other than that location was convenient nice decor throughout hotel lobby.

Room was quiet. Bed was comfy. Food was pretty good. Location was not terrible but not great. Valet damaged the rental car so be wary.

Bottom line up front, Dirty rooms, rude forceful valet, low water pressure, no cancellation policy on select rooms. Dirty rooms - There was a half eaten pop tart under the bed and walnuts under the dresser. Low water pressure, sink barely worked, shower was decent. I won't go into the cancellation issues, I booked a non refundable room, thats on me. Even if you buy insurance through a third party you wont get your money back. Aggravating. Valet didnt let us leave our car outside for 5 minutes to check in, you MUST leave your key with the valet, even if you have someone sitting in the driver seat. Not accommodating AT ALL. 45 dollars for valet. We found a parking garage adjacent to the enterance for 25 dollars for 12 hours. Overall, bad experience and im upset I couldnt cancel and get my money back. 4 star hotel that treats you like crap and delivers a 1 star experience. Recommened booking a hampton inn.

Nice place recently remodeled I think. Easy walking distance to many of Pittsburgh's downtown attractions.

In town for a hockey game and wanted somewhere walking distance to PPG Paints Arena. Hotel staff were super helpful, rooms were nice and clean. All good. We walked to the arena, the incline, and the strip from here. Review isn't for the city of Pittsburgh, but everybody was so nice - even the homeless guy that cussed me out for the jersey I was wearing, did it with a smile.

I wanted to give this a full 5 stars across the board but I honestly couldn’t due to the dining experience we had there. 3 of us went down to have a late dinner and were sat by Jessica but served by Jordan for the most part, I say for the most part because I’m unsure if you can call what he did service. He’s the reason it wasn’t 5 stars. I’m a type 1 diabetic, and my sugar was plummeting quickly, I had asked him for a soda and explained the situation and that it was emergent, and it took about 10 minutes to get the drink. I know there’s a couple other tables- but this was a very real medical emergency unfolding and he seemed unbothered. It wasn’t until Jessica came over and asked what we were in need of, Jessica immediately got the soda and expressed some familiarity with type 1 diabetes. She was on top of it for us the whole night. She came offered a to go cup of orange juice so I was covered and regularly checked in with us on how our food was and if we needed anything, also shout out for her making a banging Shirley temple for my sister. What started out as incredibly rocky for us was saved by Jessica and we just really wanted, as a group, to shout her out and say thanks for looking out and we hope to see you again really soon!
