This property is simply gross. Every surface is dirty, falling apart, frayed, and stained. There was hair in the coffee-maker.

I LOVED THE CLEANLINESS,AND POLITENESS OF THE STAFF.IT WAS CONVENIENT TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND I LIKE THE CONIVENCE OF SNACKS AND TOILETRIES IN THE LOBBY.I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

So here I am at 1:29 a.m., wide awake, changing my flight to an earlier departure because I simply can’t take it anymore. I read the reviews before booking and seriously considered staying elsewhere. However, I’m attending a conference and wanted the convenience of being close to the activities. Trying to be optimistic (and prepared), I purchased a sleeping bag liner from Amazon before the trip. Unfortunately, within minutes of entering the room, I realized a sleeping bag liner was bringing a water pistol to a wildfire. Thankfully, CVS is within walking distance. My emergency shopping list included trash bags, Lysol, Clorox wipes, and air freshener. Yes, it is really that bad. The mildew and mold smell is impossible to ignore. After several days, my nose is running, my throat hurts, and I finally had to turn the air conditioning completely off because it seemed to make the smell worse. Now I’m hot and uncomfortable, but at least I can breathe. The cleanliness issues extend beyond the smell. The toilets were not adequately cleaned. Rooms are serviced only every three days, and during my entire stay I did not see a single housekeeper. The frustrating part is that this hotel has potential. The location is excellent, and both the restaurant and bar were genuinely enjoyable. But a great location and a good meal can only carry a hotel so far. At the end of the day, guests should not need to assemble a makeshift hazmat kit from a nearby CVS just to feel comfortable sleeping in their room. If Wyndham invests in addressing the cleanliness, mold, and maintenance concerns that so many reviewers have noted, this could be a very different review. Until then, I would strongly encourage travelers to read the reviews carefully and consider other options.

Google won’t let me give the hotel are zero star! It doesn’t deserve a 1. The reviews of this hotel are accurate! I wish I could recommend staying here based on location but I cannot!! The bartender was good and check in was smooth but those are only 2 positives. If I could give a negative star I would. Wyndham should do better. Everything is outdated. The wallpaper is peeling of the walls in the hallways. The room I don’t even know where to begin. The bathroom had mold in the shower. It had something on the light fixtures I cannot even explain. The lamps by the beds were rusted. Something gross was on the one night stand. I thought the other reviews were just being picky however they are accurate. I would have thought I was staying in a $79 dollar motel not a $650 dollar including fees and parking.

I am staying at this hotel for a conference. Outdated is an understatement. It is full of mold and mildew. The hotel environment is full of moisture. The furniture is bulking due to moisture and the bed sheets feel wet. The carpet had gum pressed in it. Shower walls had mold. The staff will not clean daily, only every 3 unless you check out. You are expected to put used towels outside in the hall. The hall is full of trash bags and piles of linens and towels. The general hallways have wallpaper peeling from the walls. The smell is musty. The view is beautiful but for the price and quality go somewhere else. There were other hotels near by and if the conference wasn’t also held here, we’d leave.

Multiple problems not address, Bill over $700 4 one night. Was advertised at 239 on line.

Great location for doing stuff out and about in Pittsburgh. The rooms are very clean but we did have an issue with check out

Extremely disappointed with how Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh handled our reservation. My family traveled over seven hours to Pittsburgh for the Morgan Wallen concert. We booked a room at the hotel for approximately $440, a rate that was clearly inflated because of the concert weekend. About an hour before arriving, the concert was canceled. Since our only reason for being in Pittsburgh was the show, we decided to turn around and make the seven-hour drive back home rather than spend the night sitting in a hotel room. We never checked in, never stepped foot inside the hotel, and never used any of their services. I immediately called the hotel, explained the situation, and asked if they would consider making an exception. The answer was simply "no." No flexibility, no compromise, no credit for a future stay, nothing. Just a reminder that the reservation was non-refundable. I understand that policies exist, but customer service matters too. The hotel had no problem charging premium event pricing when demand was high, but showed zero consideration when thousands of travelers were impacted by circumstances completely outside their control. The most frustrating part isn't even the $440. It's the complete lack of empathy and willingness to work with customers. This experience told me everything I need to know about how this hotel values its guests. Once they have your money, the customer no longer matters. There are plenty of hotels that understand customer service is about more than hiding behind policies. Unfortunately, Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh isn't one of them. I will never stay here again, and I will make sure friends, family, and coworkers know exactly how this situation was handled before they decide where to spend their money.

We stayed a week here and had a very nice experience. I loved the location the staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was great. Our front desk associate Dannielle was more than helping to us!! I would stay here again!!
