The location was perfect for the culture district and walking over to the North Shore for a ball game. It was also across the street from Point Park. We had a junior suite and the room was very comfortable and suited our needs. The bathroom was very small with no place to hang towels. The parking situation was very disappointing. There was no choice for parking. You had to do valet parking and pay $44 a day, or park at a near by garage 2 blocks away for half the price but you would have to carry your personal items the two blocks. Valet was not what you would expect it to be. The entrance is not big and can disrupt Pittsburgh traffic since you may end up waiting in the street. This is due to the lack of attention from valet staff. They sit in their valet station on their phones with no assistance to maneuvering the small entrance. They get your car, park it, they may or may not look for you for key hand off and leave the cars sitting. They can also park your car in 3 different lots, one of which being the public overnight garage and still charge the full $44. The restaurant available for breakfast was a buffet or menu, but on the website it said that 12 and under was half price and that was not the case. We paid full price for the buffet for the 12 year old. We have Wyndham Rewards and there was no discounts, coupons, or vouchers available. The pool was extremely hot and humid which made it very uncomfortable. With the cost of the room per night you would think more amenities would be added whether a rewards member or not. Due to the parking situation, the lack of special treatment for reward members and the price of the breakfast and no kids menu being available I would not choose this hotel again.

Great location but double beds very uncomfortable for families sharing two to a bed. Gym decent size. Location is excellent.

My son and I visited Pittsburgh on 6/8/26 to 6/10/26.. we stayed at this hotel. Very clean , great location and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only con for me was having to pay $44 a night for valet parking. I think that amount is ridiculous.

Fantastic location and views with excellent spaces for conferences. Rooms were an okay size but need some updates. Had to ask front desk for a few things which should have been in my room to start, but they were responsive.
