Etage Executive Living

This was in a great location! Easily walkable to anything you need. We were in a one bedroom on the 11th floor which had plenty of space to spread out. This is also the game room floor, which was really convenient with 2 teen boys. You don’t have much seating besides the metal bar stools when using the pull out couch, which made hanging out in the evening together difficult. The bedroom was nice and roomy. Bed was very comfortable. The TV didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge issue for us. The pullout coach left much to be desired and we’ve experienced much more comfortable ones at other places. The bathroom was also very roomy with a huge shower and nice fixtures. The shower doors didn’t stay closed though, so we had to get creative. The roof top area was awesome! We enjoyed some beautiful nights looking at the city views while the kids played pickle ball and soccer. The biggest issue and reason for the star deduction- the parking garage was extremely difficult to drive through but we had a large truck. All in all, a great stay and would consider staying here again when in Pittsburgh.

Would give it 5 stars but to many rule that didn't make any sense an having to go to the front desk to get out of the parking deck is a bit aggravating an the kids can use the Court or the gym mines was 16 an 17 and they still need a adult but great view

Great location, pet friendly, everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, full kitchen. Very modern space overall. Living room furniture not comfortable. TV ok, no apps. Parking garage is filthy and super tight.

Gorgeous suite. Beautifully designed, tons of space. Truly ideal. Will be back.

The Penthouse rooftop room is awesome! Only thing that I wasn’t crazy about was the large deposit they require.

TVs do not work, could easily update software to watch Netflix, etc. spent at least an hour troubleshooting, and no follow up when I asked about it - that’s a maintenance thing… but no one ever followed up after asking

I am living here and it's a great place. I enjoy the employees, parking is easy and safe. My room/apartment is great. Lots of storage and places to store all my needs.

During my interaction with the front specifically steve I encountered the following issues: I had multiple reservations with this hotel, and they insisted on a redundant $250 daily deposit even though I stayed in the same room. When I questioned it, they dismissed me, saying, ‘That’s what happens when you book through a third party.’ Worse, when I asked to escalate to a manager, the front desk refused to transfer me. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.”

The view of downtown from every room of our hotel was amazing! The place was very spacious, it was like a little apartment. There is a parking garage attached, which is $30 a night. Not a bad price to park in the city! There are lots of food places within a walkable distance of the hotel. We would stay here again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! I assumed the room itself would be good by the pictures but it ended up being way bigger than expected and more of an amazing apartment than a hotel room. They also have a game room, roof top, and it’s walking distance from some really nice restaurants. The view was incredible. If I didn’t have to drive so far to get there, I would stay pretty often for travel. Highly recommend
