Great stay and fantastic location. Spacious and comfortable.
I think the location is great, you can't beat the price and the hosts are amazing. I've staying in this building twice and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Next time you visit Pittsburgh, you should give this place a try. Parking is across the street, the proximity to downtown is great. Its the best value stay and I travel alot.
Loooooove
I've stayed at StayPGH a few times now. The second time I stayed, the staff welcomed me back. I felt like family, and that I was coming home. StayPGH feels like a cross between a hotel and a BnB. The suites are spacious. I've stayed in suite 4B three times, and 4D once. There are six beds in 4B. The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator (full size), coffee pot and toaster, along with cutlery and table ware. The location is great. 100 Smithfield is downtown, and lots of amenities and restaurants are within easy walking distance. I've especially enjoyed Caravan Express (Uzbekistani food) and Siam Thai, but there's also pizza, Indian, and Mexican, and Market Square is four blocks away, with lots of options. There's too many more to list.
We stayed in apt 200 which was a cute little studio. It was furnished nicely and had extra amenities which was super nice. It could have been a bit cleaner. It is a pet friendly, and there was a good bit of hair under the bed. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but the water pressure was so low that I could barely wash my body. I didn’t even try to wash my hair. The water temp also just barely reached lukewarm. The location was great with a reasonably priced garage that you could go in and out of for only $29 per day. There wasn’t a lot of noise other than some traffic. We stayed for a Pirates game and was able to walk about 15 minutes each way to get there and back, just be aware of your surroundings of course! There was a number provided to call or text in case of any questions and they respond very quickly.
