Breakfast is $15 per person even for elite platinum IHG, they take your parking ticket so that you can’t come and go, and they try to “comp” you on parking by charging $30/night in a $20/night parking structure. No water provided in the rooms, and the AC doesn’t work. I paid 120,000 points per night and this doesn’t even come close.

Bad service. Tv not working and was told engineer is coming, later to be told they’re gone for the night, later to be told someone else is coming; still waiting and nobody had shown as of 12:03am from 9pm. Dime a dozen for location and rooms but service is bad so why not go a block over and have the same location and rooms for better service. Still waiting for my tv repair if you read this, you told me to wait and I’m still in the room writing this review.

Terrible customer service. Made me call them back and forth ten times to manage my reservation and then finally they said to email. They had my email an unmonitored email address. Nobody responded to the email or called to confirm receipt and instead, they just went ahead and cancelled my reservation without authorization or communicating they did so.

Walkable to the ball park. A little interesting when you first get there you have to ring a doorbell to gain access. Then take an elevator to 5th floor for check in. We had breakfast included. We only ate there once. The hot food was less than warm. It was reported. The guy just checked to make sure the burner was going. Unfortunately if the food is not hot when it goes in it never will be. Thankfully we didn't pay for the breakfast because it was terrible.

The hotel occupies the 5th and 6th floors of a converted early 1900s landmark building just off the historic “Wall Street of Pittsburgh”. Although the building is old, the common spaces and the rooms are modern and updated Good security as a downtown hotel, with the street level entrance requiring a keycard or the front desk has to buzz you in through a camera The rooms are nice and have a unique workout area in the room. There is a yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga ball, and straps with handles connected to a vertical beam in front of a full length mirror. Haven’t come across that before after staying at many hotels across the world There’s still a nice on-site fitness room too and bar/restaurant. No pool though if you’re looking for one Location was great, walking distance to so much fun - restaurants, bars, shopping, historic walks looking at the skyscrapers of the early 1900s, short distance to the rivers and bridges and the sports stadiums. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Pittsburgh

This hotel was so lovely. Loved the minimalist style. The staff were amazing. It was very quiet. Super comfy. I enjoyed my stay.
