Venues like the Crystal Ballroom, Revolution Hall, and various DIY spaces host LGBTQ+ events regularly. The city has a strong queer DIY culture.
Portland Pride
Portland Pride Waterfront Festival is in June — parade and festival along the waterfront. One of the larger Pacific Northwest Pride events. The city's general progressive character means Pride here feels integrated into the broader community rather than a separate event.
