Scandals (1125 SW Harvey Milk Street) — slot machines, pinball, and a neighbourhood bar character; named after Harvey Milk in 2020. One of Portland's longer-running LGBTQ+ bars.

Eagle Portland (835 N Lombard Street) — part of the international Eagle chain; leather events and uniform parties in North Portland. More local and relaxed than the downtown bars.
Broader Queer Scene
Portland's queer culture extends well beyond bars — regular drag shows, queer film nights, burlesque and performance events are embedded throughout the city's arts calendar. Venues like the Crystal Ballroom, Revolution Hall, and various DIY spaces host LGBTQ+ events regularly. The city has a strong queer DIY culture.
Portland Pride
Portland Pride Waterfront Festival is in June — parade and festival along the waterfront. One of the larger Pacific Northwest Pride events. The city's general progressive character means Pride here feels integrated into the broader community rather than a separate event.
