One Community Health

One Community Health is a federally qualified health center in Midtown Sacramento founded in 1989 and formerly known as CARES Community Health. It is a major provider of HIV/AIDS care and LGBTQ+-competent primary care, along with behavioral health and pharmacy services. Long rooted in the region's response to HIV, it remains a central health resource for Sacramento's LGBTQ+ community.
