Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley

My hubby and I checked in around a quarter past 8:30pm, and although the lobby had quite a few guests checking in, what immediately stood out was how well Sila at the front desk was managing everything. She was moving swiftly and efficiently while still speaking to everyone with such a kind and welcoming tone. She explained the hotel amenities clearly and even took the time to ask each guest how their travels had been. When it was finally our turn, we were exhausted after a long drive and a flight delay, so it was refreshing to be greeted by someone who genuinely seemed to care and gave us such a wonderful first impression of the hotel. Our room was cozy, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! We were mostly on the go because of my hubby’s work, but we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Had a great stay at the hotel. You need to stop by at the bar and see Mimi especially if you got the complimentary drink voucher!!! She is so amazing and will get you right every time.

We had a beautiful time at your Embassy Suites hotel. The hotel was very well-maintained very clean the staff was very friendly the room was beautiful and clean we had a nice view. Our breakfast was delicious it's a shame you guys didn't have a hot tub but the pool was nice we didn't get a chance to use it but it look nice lol! Thank you for the experience, we will definitely come here again in the future

Sandi at the bar was one of the best bartenders I’ve met or had serve me in a long time. Hands down the reason i stayed at this hotel.

I had a slight issue with an upgrade but the manager made right. The manager and staff were all friendly. The overall hotel is really clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Silicom Valley. Be sure to keep your fitness up in the gym or keep your vibe chill in the pool. Easy parking. Perfect location next to ypur tech appointment. The best part of this hotel is Sandy at the bar in the lobby. She makes amazing drinks, is super enjoyable and knows the area enough to improve your trip. I wish I lived closer so I could see her more. Best bartender ever!.

I had a very disappointing check-in experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley on the evening of May 1, 2026. My company had already covered the full cost of my one-night stay through the reservation. However, the front desk employee, an Asian male, who checked me in attempted to charge me an additional $164 room rate plus a $50 deposit without first confirming with me whether the room had already been paid for. Fortunately, I noticed the incorrect charge while reviewing the bill. Had I not caught it, I might have ended up paying the room charge out of my own pocket even though my company had already paid for the stay. What bothered me most was the lack of verification and communication before asking me to pay. For a business hotel that regularly serves corporate travelers, I would expect the front desk to carefully check the reservation and payment status before charging a guest. My criticism is specifically about this check-in experience and the employee who handled it, not the hotel staff as a whole. I hope management reviews what happened and makes sure front desk employees verify prepaid or company-paid reservations before requesting additional room payments from guests.
