If you're talking about a dive, then this motel definitely fits the bill... completely outdated, the air conditioning doesn't work, I booked a non-smoking room (it even says so on the sign)... maybe since last week, it stinks of stale, cold smoke... at least the bed is clean... I think they only offer service before arrival and after departure... and the price is like a 4-star hotel...
So I came in around 145am, now I’m aware once you check in after midnight you still have to check out at 11am. I went to grab food, came back and my card wasn’t working! I went to the office, nobody was there. Sign said be back in 10. A hour goes by and nobody’s there STILL. I’m paying $100 for 9 hours as is. I want ALL THE TIME I paid for. Everybody else is getting around 15 hours. This was so unprofessional!!!!
I reserved here specifically because of their shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle never came, Hotel never answered the phone, had to walk 2 miles from the airport and I'm disabled and they offered absolutely no compensation. Stay somewhere else
Highly recommended! The lady at the front desk is Super kind, helpful, and very friendly . Rooms are very clean.. Cheap rooms, rooms are decent and you’re getting more than what you pay! 😍
I literally wouldn’t even give it any stars , I called before making the reservation to confirm there were dishes , she told me she had everything . I check in , go to my room then realize the dishes there were extremely dirty , I take them to the front desk to swap them out or get some type of detergent or sponge to clean them myself and she doesn’t have anything , she offers to swap out my dishes but all she did was go to the back and take out the spooons and fork that had food all over them and gave me the rest of the same dishes back . The WiFi was down the whole stay , the phones didn’t work , the remote batteries I assumed were dead because the remote didn’t work , and for a cherry on top when I checked out I called the corporate office to file a complaint and was hung up on multiple times , then I got my complaint ticket and they said they would contact me back within 5-7 buisness days , it’s been 9 I called back today was hung up on twice , told I was calling the wrong number and then when called they’d say this is the wrong department, I stay with them often at another location but really wanted to try out the kitchenette this time around and was totally disappointed and I’m contemplating never returning again and the how my situation is being handled . Just a huge scam .
