Great hotel and shuttle service. Their phone line listed at the airport (at the Island pick up) doesn't work, but if you call the number on the side of the van or Google their number, they will be able to help and pick you up.

If I could give -0 I would! Terrible place! People smoking even when they say you can’t! People screaming and making problems all night and no one from the staff responds! There was no hot water, even though we called and they told us that we just had to wait and leave the water open and it would arrive, but there was never hot water!

If you are dropping a rental off at the airport, the location is perfect. Room was great. Lady checking us in was less than cordial.

My experience at the Red Roof Inn near Seattle Airport was very good. Although the hotel is clearly older, it has also been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and were very clean throughout my stay. The air conditioning seems new and worked perfectly, and the carpet also looks refreshed and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It's only about 5 minutes from the car rental center and approximately 10 minutes from the airport, making it a very convenient option for travelers. It also has several shops, restaurants, and services nearby, which greatly facilitates your stay. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, comfort, and location. Highly recommended for those looking for a practical and comfortable stay near Seattle Airport. 100% recommended. The receptionist was exceptionally rude. I have never received such a bad service from a hotel staff. We just needed to stay over for a few hours to wait for our flight and the location got the job done.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 10 years, but this last time (May 2026) the parking situation was intolerable. It is difficult to both get into the parking lot and to get out of it. I will not be staying here again.

Room was super clean and comfy for our pre Alaskan cruise stay. Great staff and airport shuttle too!

I made a booking through booking.com, as thye have their rooms up there and it is easier for me to pay as a international customer. Well, I got an ear infection a week before my flight, and then another one three days before my flight, so had to change the flight to the following week. I sent a request to change the date of my booking and they refused to change it. I checked to see if there was a lack of room availability on the date I was requesting (I was trying to change from a Friday to a Tuesday) and there seemed to be plenty of options. Right now they even advertise free cancellation, until the day before check in, but I guess I missed that window when booking as they denied my request for thay as well, despite being three days before. I even offered to show them my ER visit documents, but got denied. Oh well. Feeling super awesome with my double ear infection and lost cash because I didn't want to risk my flight. Avoiding this spot for the rest of my life. I'm from this area but live far enough away that when I visit I always need a hotel right by the airport to sleep once I get in. You can never know what is going to happen so I wouldn't risk my money here again.

Room was dirty and in bad condition. Bedsheets and bath towels were dirty. Toilet seat was worn with minimal repairs. This location is only good for a one night stopover either before or at the end of a SeaTac flight.

It's a 2-star hotel, and it doesn't pretend to be anything more. It's perfect for an overnight stay near the airport, before departure or upon arrival. Comfortable beds, fairly large rooms, everything was functional. For the price, it was perfect!
