Staff was very helpful and nice! Van driver was great as well! Thx
Today we disembarked from our cruise in Seattle, arrived at this hotel early, and the lobby was swamped with guests who were all checking out to go on a cruise together. There was ONE PERSON at the front desk handling everything and WOW …. she is a superstar!! Her name is Selma. She was so friendly, so helpful, so kind …. attending to everyone with such patience and was all smiles! She was outstanding! Red Roof Inn you need to hang on to and promote this young lady! She should be in charge of your Quality Control and Customer Service Department!
We booked four rooms. One was cancelled without our knowledge. The front desk was not helpful at all, and charged us extra for a “third party fee” even though we initially booked through the official Red Roof Inn site. There was no apology, no accommodating. Will NOT be staying again.
The whole place smelled bad. Room was “clean” but still had a bad smell. They also do not provide breakfast, which is ridiculous for what they charge. They just provide cheap coffee. Be aware they will charge you for parking, I have never been to any other Redroof that charges for parking. Will never be back to this place.
Run! My kids got sick from staying at this place. Dirty sheets, dirty hallways. People fighting in the hallways. One througup from drug withdrawal and it stood there all night.
Stayed one evening, to be able to go to the airport the next morning. Check in was smooth. We were able to have two rooms next to each other with separate reservations. The front desk was kind. I was not worried about our location. Parking lot is gated and fenced in. We did not hear anything from the airport!
