⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Total Lifesaver! Exceptional Service and a Beautiful Stay After experiencing an absolute nightmare at a nearby motel that left me stranded at midnight, walking into this Ramada was like finding an oasis. I was completely exhausted, sweating, and stressed, but the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by an actual human being at the front desk who was incredibly nice, empathetic, and friendly. When I told them what happened, they genuinely apologized for the awful experience I had just dealt with down the road and took immediate care of me. The entire check-in transaction was seamless and took less than 5 minutes—all delivered with a warm smile. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was absolutely amazing, immaculate, and clean. After such a terrible start to my night, this wonderful stay was exactly what I needed to reset. I cannot thank the staff here enough for their top-notch customer service and hospitality. They earned a customer for life. Highly recommended!

We got in early and Tira at the front desk was able to get us in early. She greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with questions about services. Definitely needed her smile after a week of travel!

🛑 DoorDash / Delivery Driver Nightmare – Awful Access Layout Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) I didn’t actually stay at this hotel; I was just trying to deliver a DoorDash order here, but the entrance infrastructure is incredibly frustrating and poorly designed. If you are arriving by car or trying to drop something off, be prepared for a logistical headache. There is a median in the road right in front of the hotel that forces you into a right turn only, leading you right into a dead-end road near the entrance. Navigating around it is a mess. After circling and trying to figure out how to actually pull up to the building, I eventually just gave up. I had to park my car completely out of the way in the dead-end street and walk a full block just to reach the front entrance. The city or the hotel property desperately needs to fix this entrance design so drivers aren't trapped by medians and dead ends. If you're ordering food or rideshares here, you might want to meet your driver outside to save them the massive headache!
