Where to begin? Very old, dirty, and outdated. The kind of place that paints door hinges and door knobs. Walking around the room turned my feet black. Not enough lights in the room, so dark and dingy. Breakfast offering is the bare minimum. Needed napkins for breakfast and had to wait until desk staff stopped playing with his phone. To top it off, the elevator didn’t work. The only plus, I expected to find bedbugs and didn’t. Suggest you pay a few dollars more for a real hotel!
Picked this hotel because of the location close to the airport with breakfast included. The bed was comfortable, but breakfast was not very nice. Yogurt, oranges, cheerios, toast, instant oatmeal and mini muffins with blueberries or chocolate chips and coffee or tea. Unfortunately not a very dietary friendly breakfast as everything offered has sugar or high carb load.
I would say this is amazing hotel, especially service. I had three big luggage but the driver was really awesome to help carry-on my luggage. I am really appreciate to him. He helped me two times from seatac to hotal and hotel to seatac. This amazing service can make me feel more comfortable!!.
The room is definitely a bit overpriced but it's cheaper than many of the hotels near by. A plus is you get a microwave and fridge. Breakfast could have been better. It was almost bare minimum. Bread, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, organges and juice. The free shuttle from the airport was super convenient and there's plenty of public transit near by if you want to avoid using Uber if you don't have a car. The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.
Elevator doesn't work. However when I went they allowed storage for my mobility device and staff was so accommodating in bringing our luggage to our room. By far Jenny and the drivers were my favorite staff. They do an exceptional job protecting guess and making guess as comfortable as possible. Their currently making improvements to rooms. I 💯 will be back.
