SureStay by Best Western SeaTac Airport North

Shuttle service said they are at the pick up when we reached there they said 15 minutes- after 15 minutes when called said 30 minutes. Stay somewhere else

FIVE STARS is not enough to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received during my recent stay at this SureStay by Best Western SeaTac Airport North. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and ensured that my first visit was a positive experience. I would specifically like to commend Rochelle, Malo, and Tino for their outstanding professional service. I must add my experience on the third floor. It reminded me exactly of that classic movie The Shining! Honestly, it felt as if I was the only guest staying on the entire floor. Jeepers creepers... hahahahaha! I half expected to see twins at the end of the hallway. A CARPETED GHOST TOWN.

Staff was great! The hotel seemed clean and they have worked to keep the aesthetic features updated. Shuttle drivers were friendly and very accommodating. The bldg is old. Bathroom stick-on-flooring was coming up. That was the only “negative”. Hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No weird/odd smells (I have super smeller and can be sensitive).

This hotel staff was outstanding. We had a mix-up with luggage left at another location. They were right there to help with providing a shuttle to get it. Shuttled us to dinner at nearby restaurant and a quick trip to the airport in the morning. Room was very nice, but the staff was what made this stay extraordinary. Thanks to Rochelle and Tino❤️

Room was nice and clean. The front desk was excellent at pro-active instructions and very pleasant. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. The breakfast, while not included, was handy to have and probably cheaper than what we would have spent at the airport. This hotel is very close to the light rail station, which would be handy for someone traveling toward downtown and beyond. (there are pedestrians coming and going from the station, don't hit them in the dark)

Great place and a wonderful service. Rochelle was awesome at the front office. She helped with smooth checkin and was helpful with local information

No continental breakfast, rooms are small, pillows are very small and uncomfortable for older guest or those with neck issues. Definitely reminds me of motel rooms in the 90s. Its more like a motel 6 or super 8. Close to airport so thats nice. Otherwise it's only good for convience if wanting something close to airport.

Stayed 5/10-11. Fantastic older motel / hotel. From the shuttle driver to check in clerks to bartender.... A+++ service. Super friendly and helpful. The bistro & bar ... good food; my bartender all smiles and friendly! She & I learned a new drink together... Honey Buzz.... 😁 Recommend this place!

This is great for crossing the airport. Getting across is easy. Calling a shuttle is easy; just call using the courtesy phone at the ground transportation pick-up area on the third floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Old, but still clean and nice. It's definitely worth it. The only downside is that you can sometimes hear the guest next door coughing. If they're not coughing, you can't hear them. Otherwise, everything is fine. The receptionist was friendly, and the staff were friendly too. Recommended.

We had a great stay at the SureStay ! Rachelle went out of her way to make us comfortable, and was very friendly! Would stay here again! ❤️
