Beautiful hotel that is in the best location to walk to all tourists spots. Close to the train station and has a line close to travel to the airport. Friendly staff, and quick to bring extra pillows. I also love the flavered water and aroma in the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel 1000. The view was great. The room was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The room and amenities were great, the location is convenient in downtown Seattle, and the customer service from Angel at the front desk was above and beyond! We would love to come back.

Conveniently located , walking distance to most of the City attractions, amazing view from our room, clean and updated room. Nice restaurant downstairs and a bar with super professional bartender. Everything what you need is there: GYM, SPA and professional services. Definitely, recommend!

I could tell they're trying for 5 star. Not quite there, the tub was cool, most of the issues were minor so they earned the four stars.

★★☆☆☆ I was really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Prior to arrival, we had reserved time at the golf simulator. Due to water damage, the simulator was closed. While I completely understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, no one contacted us to let us know. We only found out when we arrived for our reservation. We then spent approximately 30 minutes waiting while staff tried to determine what happened and attempted to arrange access to a sister location, which ultimately was not available. To make up for the inconvenience, we were offered a $60 beverage credit. However, the billing issues continued throughout our stay. We paid cash for dinner at the restaurant, yet the charges were later added to our room bill. We were also charged for breakfast despite purchasing the bed-and-breakfast package. At checkout, we spent another 30 minutes correcting multiple billing errors.it was roughly a $160.00 charge difference. The property itself is beautiful and the location is excellent, but the level of disorganization, lack of communication, and repeated billing mistakes left us disappointed. A luxury hotel should provide a much smoother guest experience.if you stay here, be sure to keep receipts and check the double charges!!
