for a two star hotel, this place is great and aging well. the older lady at the front desk smiling and overseeing things could be what makes this place feel like four stars even if the property’s age and quality is a two star type.

Glad that I only needed to stay for one night. Not the worst place or even worst Choice Hotel I've ever stayed in, but definitely not high on the list. I was called prior to arrival about my card being declined (bank fraud protection), I was having trouble hearing and understanding the man on the phone (likely due to the 1980s phones at the front desk), which prompted him to insult my intelligence by explaining to me that a hotel is a business and has to make money. Thanks for letting me know such revelations! The gentleman at the counter was very polite, efficient, and genuinely nice. However I believe a hotel's rooms are the true reflection of their customer service and right now, I do not feel valued as a customer. At $120/night (member's rate) this feels nothing short of a massive miss appropriation of funds compared to other Quality Inns. The room was generally clean, and way overly perfumed, which is concerning being that I was instantly hit with (recent) lingering cigarette smell. Evidence compounded in the multiple burn holes in the sheets. Hardly random chance that it stinks of recent cigarette and there happen to be holes in the sheets, unless everyone here is just smoking in every room all the time. This makes the brown stains on the sheets that much more concerning. I truly hope they are properly swapping linens. There are random stains throughout the room as well. Less scrutinized areas were gross, showing lacking attention to detail and maintenance. There was a greenish dust/fuzz/mold on the curtain surfaces? I was not keen on investigating further. The bathroom was acceptable with noticeably dingy/greyish browned towels, more cigarette burns, and a consistent aged yellow plastic throughout. The location is close to the airport on a well maintained, major roadway. If you are a Choice Hotel member, I recommend trying a different Choice Hotel brand nearby or potentially a completely different chain. Probably a better use of your money than whatever this hotel is using their revenue for. This is honestly just degrading to their customers. This is not the first experience I have had like this with some of the Choice Hotel "budget" options, however I have had great experiences with some of them who properly manage and value their customers as more than just "a business making money". So much so, that an owner of one of the aforementioned "budget" options (a Quality Inn in Tennessee) I am still friends with to this day. He was the reason I became a member of Choice Hotels because he explained their logic, mission, and standards, and met them in order to reap the benefits for his business and his customers. This is not of that nature at face value. I truly feel that if Choice Hotels could reign in these budget brand hotel owners and force them into proper representation of their image, they would really be a power house in the industry, and I would be more apt to recommend them to friends. As of now, that recommendation will continue to be "Stay at a Comfort Inn or better" and likely avoid this very scenario.

Don't plan on using a gaming system or anything like that with their TVs won't work.

This hotel is for someone who just wants to lay their head somewhere for the night. Just to walk in the front door was NOT refreshing. The audacity to require a signature for no smoking and no pets. The room TV is cheap and small that had a remote that didn't work and required a screw driver to get the battery door off. When asked for batteries for the TV. He brought another remote that has worn out numbers. The bath tube has black filth, and soap scum and calcium buildup on the handles and shower head. Stained bathroom towels(Ugh).There was a iron but no ironing board. The microwave has mold inside. There is a hole in the ceiling where something is supposed to be ( but it's not there). There is also a space on the wall where it looks like a picture might belong there but it wasn't ( bracket was there). It was not worth the $131.00 I spent. I have pictures of all of this but am not able to share as it does not have the feature to attach pictures. I'm sure that's by design so no one will see the disgust (I will keep the pictures). I tried calling for customer service but was given the run around. When I did get someone she tried to tell me I paid a $50 lower price. The whole business line from shabby hotels to so called customer service is corrupt. It's designed to take your money for inferiority. Do not book. Run like you're running the 100 meter dash.

Where to begin... I booked a room according to the to the pictures I saw, was supposed to have a jacuzzi NO jacuzzi...was going to take a regular hot bath and no way to keep the water in the tub I go back to lobby again explain to her she gave me a rubber stopper then asked about the shower told her idc about the shower I pd $246 to take a few HOT baths since our tub is broken...low water pressure took about 30-45 min to fill a regular size tub up...Then 3:30am toilet backs up for no reason (no excess toilet paper or anything) told guy at front desk, he asked me "do you need a plunger?" well I NEED something water is to the top. So he goes in the back comes back with a nasty used plunger and said here. Back and forth to the lobby roughly 4 times in 1 1/2 hrs. Kinda BS!!!!!! Apparently if you have a #2 accident on the bed sheet they charge you $250 🤯😤 IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE ☆ -20

TERRIBLE!!!

Horrible, I won't be returning to this hotel. The staff service leaves much to be desired. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and rude (I've seen other reviews mentioning this, and it's true). She shouts and speaks horribly. There's no zero-star option; the service is very, very bad.

This is the worst hotel that you could ever stay at. The sausage in the morning was not cooked. There's no do not disturb signs to put on the door for when I went to work so they wouldn't come in my room because two separate times our first night after 2:00 in the morning the guy that works there try coming in a room . The coffee is so cheap that it barely discovered the water. Both the woman and man that runs this place are both rudee. The worst Roche motel you can think of would have been better than this place. I would definitely not recommend going here and wasting your money. Oh and the Wi-Fi didn't work. I would have gave this place a zero star rating but it wouldn't let me.

They are telling me I can't get my money back when I paid cash that I'll need to speak with a manager on Friday. People it's Saturday today. I paid 286 plus 50 dollars security deposit and I can't get either now idk about everyone else but now I'm stuck in a place I don't feel safe because I paid cash? And I don't have another 200 plus to go somewhere else. How is this America o wait it's not
