Do not stay here. In one stay our room was robbed, our car got a ticket because the valet that you’re forced to use but not told about forgot to park our car for 3 hours. The rooms were gross, like the breakfast, I just cannot believe we paid any amount of money to have such a horrific experience, nothing is worth it, especially if you have children. DO NOT STAY HERE . They took all our valuables but were smart enough to leave the gun, and all devices stayed in the hotel (because they all have location tracking) so, with that information do what you will. This was insane.

This place is horrible! I’m actually writing this while I’m still staying here,wasn’t told it was valet parking til I got here,the valet left our car outside so long before he moved it that I got a traffic ticket. There’s homeless everywhere and was pretty much told to use the valet or risk break in. I booked two adjoining rooms for my family,one of the rooms had blood stains on the pull out bed. Came here for a weekend vacation to watch a Cardinals game and show the family the sites and they were ready to go home 4 hrs after checking in

Rooms are nice. Location is not nice. The service here sucks. The front desk attendant horrible. Never going back

Highest CO2 levels I've ever seen in a hotel room. 5,371ppm CO2. Bathroom vent is fake I think? (No fan switch) And hotel window does not open. Sooooo... I guess the consequences of this are high CO2 levels after only one night sleeping in room with two people. This is higher than OSHA says is safe for 8 hours. Also I had two different co2 detectors and they both had the same high reading, so not just a fluke. This hotel does not have good air ventilation. (And yes, of course we put AC to high fan, but it only recirculates.) This is not an easy to solve problem, and "air filters" would not help. Read about symptoms of high CO2.

No parking had to sit in car for over an hour. Only saw two attendants working. Then another 40 minutes to get checked in. Grandkids were miserable,. My Mother who is handicapped and wore out had to wait. One of our rooms had a bad oder. The pillows were paper thin. The whole experience was horrible. They need more help and decent pillows. I will never do Hilton again I expected better.

Stayed during a busy weekend. Our First room we were given was messy, looked like some just got out of bed and ran out of the room. It also has cards scatter randomly. So we request a new room. It took only a few minutes, since they said they had to check the first room before getting us a new one. The water was a bit cold, we had no view with either room, poor signal, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete. 😅 The breakfast was delicious both days. They also have a ton of seating, and even a pool table for entertainment. The location is great, just a few minutes away from everything we wanted to do. They also offer valet parking for a reasonable price. Update! May 14th, 2026 Now they are trying to Double charge us for parking and husbandis trying to talk tothem over the phone. Don't go here.

I arrived to check in at 4:15 , well after the check in time . There are at least 25 guests in the lobby and only one person at the desk . Rooms aren’t ready and guests have been waiting . Terrible . Not a good start .

Room was overpriced for a single night but clean. No parking except for metered street parking or $55/night valet. 3rd party website booked us in an accessibility room that we did not ask for. No shower curtain on shower, hand soap dispenser did not function and toilet tank had refilling issues. Cracked paint around windows. Walking distance from the Dome at America's Center and lots to do on Washington St. Overall, try somewhere else.

As a frequent traveler and Hilton honors member, I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this Home2 Suites location. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the average standard I have come to expect from the brand. Several key areas regarding room maintenance, guest comfort, and basic service were missed. 1) The kitchen was not equipped with functional utensils. The provided pan was not non-stick and in poor condition, resulting in a wasted meal as food burnt instantly. Knife set was missing though I big knife was later provide which was not safe to use unless u are professional chef. 2) ​Sleep Quality: This was the most significant issue. The bed was so uncomfortable and of such poor quality that I was unable to sleep; I ended up having to move to the floor at midnight just to get some rest. 3) ​Attention to Detail: Upon arrival, the TV welcome screen displayed a different guest's name and room number. This lacks the personal care and security one expects at check-in. 4) Shower gell not fill enough that a guest can use for 2 night stay. During shower realized it was finished but couldn't call guest service while in shower. 5) not a single bottle of water was offered at check-in which I usually get in other hilton property. 6) most of the food items were finished but no refilled during breakfast hrs. 7) ​Breakfast Management: During the designated breakfast hours, most food items were depleted and were not refilled. Furthermore, there was zero flexibility or courtesy shown when arriving just 10 minutes after the 10:00 AM cutoff on Saturday morning. While I understand the timing, a "guest-first" approach would have been appreciated. Though not the reason for disappointment just mentioning if some courtesy can be incorporated to help customer who miss to arrive before the 10 AM by few mins due to some priorities. 8) late checkout was partially accepted though the rooms were available. In Home2suites at other location they humbly accepted the late check out request.

I don’t even know where to begin! Calamity is what comes to mind. We traveled from Chicago group of 4 adults, reservation was for 2 queen beds. Get into the room 1 full size bed and a let out couch. That was only for our 1st. 2nd room was just a full size bed. We complain 1 person gets moved to another room. Next day we get another room . We all are out to dinner get a call from the evening manager informing us are belongings are being removed from the extra room. We all are so confused. Mr rhinestone outfit manager who I’m sure was promoted from a work release program was not helpful. Check out the following day and here comes helpful Brandi with all the promises of rectifying our issues. She’s not worth a grain of salt, after 3 weeks of back and forth still nothing. If you value your money please don’t waste your time! Stay around the corner at the Hyatt. I wouldn’t let my pet iguana still at that place.
