Very beautiful place just very disappointed that they have all this seating and couldnt put a pull/hottub area in thought that was pretty dumb

Decent rooms, very accommodating staff. Would highly recommend. Good reliable lodging.

I read great reviews and it seemed like it would be a cool place to stay but this place was honestly awful. There was an event on the roof on Sunday night during our 4 night stay. It was very loud and crowded. There was valet parking for the event but not the hotel guests. It took us about 40 minutes to self park. After getting into our room, my partner could not sleep due to the bass from the music playing on the roof. I highly caution anyone from staying here. There was also no service provided-4 nights without service. It was in a similar price range to places that offer service and breakfast. Stay away. Pros: -Clean room Cons: -No service provided -No breakfast -Bad parking -Event that kept us awake -Poor cost for the value

Good location and overall nice place. Parking lot behind hotel is convenient but has a lot of potholes so be careful with your car. Rooms are nice and overall decor is nice but room could have been cleaner. I don’t like when a room has corner in the carpet that have never been cleaned. It’s kinda gross to me. Considering the price I think the cleaning could’ve been better. The rooftop is nice but smelled like weed the whole evening. Anyways. I def think it could’ve been a full 5 stars if it could’ve been cleaner.

Tried to call hotel 3 times...on hold f9r over 30 minutes...had breakfast at the restaurant...waitress was friendly but .... Never asked about the food left behind...eggs Benedict...hard boiled egg...sauce congealed...came back...gave us our check...never brought more coffee or picked up dishes... Just dropped check said bye... pretty unbelievable at a hotel where rooms were over 200 a night... understood why it was empty

The Moonrise Hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, close to restaurants a s music venues in a vibrant area. I was in town for the Nicotine Dolls show at Delmar Hall and it was steps away. The staff was very kind and attentive and the rooms were well appointed. I love the moon theme in each room.

I want to say thank you to Luna she changed my room for me gave me a wonderful tub which I needed so bad for my old bones and muscles I drive tour buses and sometimes a tub is just more than I can explain thank you so much sweetheart🥰🥰😍

Welcoming staff, on brand decor, spacious rooms, and comfortable mattresses. We will stay here again when back in St Louis. Shout out to your super friendly front desk team and especially Luna. Thanks for a great stay.
