What reviewers say

Visitors often praise the hotel's unique moon-themed decor and friendly staff, with some finding it a great location for local attractions. I was really looking forward to staying here. I booked 2 weeks in advance and then called a few days before we were set to arrive to confirm my booking and was assured they had my reservation. When we arrived for check in the man at the desk said that they were not expecting anymore reservations for the night to show up and that they were fully booked. He showed me on the screen where it said our reservation was canceled. I did not receive any form of notification that our reservation had been canceled until a day later. They overbooked and gave our room that we reserved 2 weeks in advance to someone else. AND charged our credit card the full amount. All the hotels in the area were also sold out so they really truly screwed us over. After reading reviews it seems like this is something that happens often so if you think you have a reservation, even if you call and confirm, don’t be so sure definitely have a backup plan.

The hotel was amazing and the service was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel is centrally located on Delmar Loop with everything from bowling to food to drinks just a few blocks away. The Roof Top Bar is also something to visit. The view is terrific. The room was very clean and spacious. My only complaint was the room temperature. It displayed 72.5 degrees but it was very warm and the hallway was much cooler.

From the moment I walked in the lobby until the time I checked out, staff was super friendly and helpful.
