Overall, this place is a cool neat place to visit. Breakfast was simple and good, but there are not a lot of actual tables to eat at. Some people were sitting on 2 couches with a coffee table eating. We were still able to sit down and eat. The rooms each have unique themes which is really cool. We stayed at in a double room themed for the Chronicles of Narnia. Technically it's just 2 rooms connected with a closeable door, but it worked out for us and our 4 kids. The rooms didn't have a fridge or a microwave and that (specifically the lack of fridge) was a drawback and really the only reason for a 4 star overall rating. I'd still recommend going!
Good vibe, castle feeling, kids loved the pool, good breakfast, no refrigerator and small bathroom but clean. Would stay here again.
Checked in at around 10 PM. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. Hotel itself and rooms were nice. The elevator was very hot inside. The room was a bit warm when I got in, but cool down quickly. Bathroom was small, but very clean. I like that the toiletries did not have a strong scent to them. Towels and bed linens were clean and a good quality. The complementary breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. The berries and melon were fresh looking and very flavorful. Good selection of juices and pastries. The eggs and sausage and fried potatoes were all very good. The coffee was very strong, and I needed to add more milk than usual. I needed to have a video meeting an hour before checkout, and they were nice enough to let me use the boardroom since it was empty. Overall, a good stay.
Could freshened up a little bit but not bad. Overall it was a good experience. I would stay here again.
