Lovely boutique hotel! The rooms are very quiet and comfy and the pool and restaurant are great. The staff are so helpful and kind. We will be back!

We were (unfortunately) only here for one night. A very warm welcome, a large parking lot, and a comfortable room. We would have loved to stay longer. St. Pete Pier was easily accessible on foot and, after our evening at the Tap Room, just what we needed! The pool is also fantastic! Not too big, but when we were there, there were still plenty of loungers available! There's even a poolside bar! Really great. We highly recommend this hotel!

They have a shuttle to the Rays stadium. A restaurant and bakery. Staff is awesome. Convenient store 2 blocks away. Harbor is a 10 minute walk. Nice pool area.

Breakfast and service very good. Prices reasonable. Nice outside seating.

We recently hosted our daughter’s baby shower at the Hollander Hotel, and the experience exceeded every expectation. Aaron, the Event Director, provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. He was thoughtful, generous, accommodating, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Mother Nature threw us a challenge with rain, and Aaron and his staff had to completely re-stage our beautiful poolside venue not once, but twice! They handled everything with professionalism, grace, and a positive attitude, allowing us to enjoy the day without stress. The poolside setting was gorgeous, the pricing was fair and affordable, and the level of service was simply outstanding. Aaron and his team went above and beyond to make our event special, and we are so grateful. If you’re considering the Hollander Hotel for an event, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Keep coming back to this unique classic hotel. Always a great stay. The bar and restaurant are fantastic. Great breakfast.

Love the Hollander. This and Avalon next store are my 2 favorite hotels in St. Pete. Hollander has a quaint feel and cozy rooms. Beds are comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. Staff is friendly and food is fabulous. The only thing I had trouble with this time was the AC (309). When it clicked on to cool the fan was so loud it woke me up repeatedly. I am a frequent guest and mention this not to deter but to let management know as they truly care about the property and will look into this I'm sure. I highly recommend staying at Hollander for a quant comfortable experience and Avalon for chic comfortable experience. ☺️

Taylor is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment you sit down, you’re treated like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Friendly, engaging, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, Taylor creates an atmosphere that makes you want to stay for “just one more” drink. What really sets Taylor apart is the ability to make every guest feel welcome and appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have checked into the Holland Hotel and are only on day 1 of our 5-day stay, but so far we are absolutely loving it! The hotel hosted a pool party with a DJ and a trivia night, which was a fun surprise since it wasn’t something we specifically searched for when booking. The Greek salad was delicious, the bakery is amazing, and the staff has been wonderful with our children. The location is great—only about 24 minutes from the pier—with easy and convenient parking. For just $648 for our stay, we feel like we are getting incredible value. Everything has exceeded our expectations so far, and we are very happy with our choice. Looking forward to the rest of our vacation!
