I hate this place very much. Ive called for over a year to get an appointment- each time sent on a goose chase of "we dont do that!" And "wait for us to call you back" . Even the attestation of no income was impossible to complete without some kind of new paper work i missed everytime i filled it out. I am very very angry when i asked to know how much an appointme t would cost, didnt get an answer, and was forced to have a "first appointment" rather than a consultation appointment. I was not told my sliding scale paper work was unusable- and it was the only way i could pay. I have been hurting very bad and i need my medications. I will never go here again. More than a year to get an answer on an appointment only to again not be told what i have to do.
Hello everyone I just have to let EVERONE know that Ms. Andi and Ms. Diana at the Downtown Tampa Metro Wellness Department are two of the BEST and Amazing Employees I have ever had to take care of My Health and Wellbeing going above and beyond to help me in my time of need. Thank You Lady's for all the help you've done for me and all the other client of Metro Wellness...... Amazing Job.... And Thank You, Thank You!!!!
Safe for ALL communities and they genuinely care
The team is stellar. Until someone manages the billing department and they actually understand how to run like a business I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone WITH insurance. The medical team is amazing but it isn't worth dealing with months of back and forth with inept management and getting late notices for bills you shouldn't even have. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. I have amazing insurance and have never had an issue with any other medical facility. I hope you all get it together.
scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. They took my insurance information and told me l was set and everything will be done at the time of my visit. Only to find my insurance info wasn't processed. So the very nice and polite receptionist was very quick to schedule me another 2 weeks out. He forgot Metro is a private entity and patients/insurance pay for his salary.
