Beautiful!
Perfect room and perfect location to buy the car we was buying. Breakfast was good for a quick bite. 5 stars. Very nice service.
The customer service from the staff is lacking. The staff were professional, but very standoffish and un accompanying. It is as though you are doing them a favor for anything you ask.
I was here visiting family. This hotel was a recommendation. I checked in only afterwards to find out this hotel had no elevator, only stairs. This can be a safety issue for Cobblestone. I had to carry luggage upstairs but have health issues as well. There was another person on the floor slamming there door for 2 hours. You have your front desk staff serve alcohol as well. The room was clean. Unfortunately, I'll never stay here again.
Horrible stay! For a hotel that claims to be smoke free, our room was reeking of cigarette smoke. Hotel staff clearly pretended that she couldn’t smell anything yet provided us with a room freshener that she conveniently had on hand. While the stench of smoke was horrible, it was her attitude that made it worse.
The cleanest hotel and most accommodating staff I have ever experienced… even compared to the many “high end” hotels where I have stayed. Situated in a peaceful, private location, yet less than 1 minute from Walmart and town. Very nice and clean area, with friendly residents, and great local restaurants!
We have stayed at the Cobblestone Hotel in Waynesboro for the past three years while visiting my 97-year-old mother-in-law, and each stay has been marked by genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff has always gone out of their way to help us feel at home during what has often been an emotional time for our family. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very reasonably priced, which has made repeat visits easy and stress-free. Most recently, after my mother-in-law’s passing, the hotel was especially gracious in helping us host a family dinner and post-funeral reception in their meeting room. It meant more to us than we can say to have such a welcoming, supportive space to gather as an extended family. I’d like to give special thanks to Haley, Kristin, and Justice for their kindness and professionalism. Their care and attentiveness truly made a difference. We are very grateful to the Cobblestone Hotel team and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, value, and heartfelt hospitality.
