Came here with a school group (teenagers) and had an incredible experience. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the service was above and beyond. Deborah at the front desk really made our experience and was so supportive of all of our needs. Thank you thank you! We will definitely recommend this location to other groups coming to DC.

We had a very positive stay at The Churchill Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere. The location was also great and everything worked smoothly. A special thank you to Ertug, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He made us feel very welcome and really added to our great experience.

Room was a spacious suite however the Air Conditioning did not work properly. Upon entering the room temperature was 76 degrees on a typical DC. day for June. With the AC setting adjusted, the room temperature lowed to 74 degrees which was the lowest for the rest of our stay. I called the front desk which did not pick up. I pulled all the shades closed and hoped it would improve, it did not. I inquired if there was an issue, the next morning which they said there was not. Upon check out I was asked how our stay was, I responded not good and there was NO follow up inquiry, which tells me they did not care to know. We will chose another location for future visits to DC.

We chose this hotel because it suited our needs perfectly, and we have no regrets about staying here. The rooms were very large, which made our stay incredibly comfortable, and having a 24/7 reception desk was highly convenient. While it is a bit of a distance from the National Mall and not a walkable trip, the price of the hotel was reasonable enough that we could easily budget for an Uber or taxi to get to the sights. Breakfast is served a la carte rather than as a buffet, and it comes with juice or coffee, which was a sufficient and enjoyable way to start the day. The staff could have been a bit politer, but it did not negatively impact our stay. Overall, it is a good, reasonably priced hotel with spacious rooms.

Nice enough and different. My last visit was years ago and I still think back to the location and look for an opportunity to visit again.

The hotel is great (clean rooms, morning coffee, nice exercise room, excellent location for running, restaurants, metro and bus). Just make sure you book directly. I used Trivago for 2 trips and both had problems. One was cancelled and one double billed on fees. Staff support was uneven because they have limited access to 3rd party bookings; some figured out a workaround by texting photos of their screens and others couldn't help.

I recently stayed at the Churchill Hotel during a business trip to DC, and overall I had a great experience. The location was incredibly convenient for meetings downtown and in Georgetown. At the start of my stay, there was a hiccup with retrieving my rental car from valet, which unfortunately caused me to be late to my first meeting. However, Deborah Lofgren, the manager, handled the situation quickly and professionally. She was kind, understanding, and made sure my car was ready early for the rest of my stay, which I truly appreciated. The hotel restaurant was also excellent. I ate breakfast there every morning, and both the food and service were consistently great. Overall, I would highly recommend the Churchill Hotel for either business or leisure travel in DC.
