Kuantan Beserah Budget Hotel

This hotel is so bad. I checked in in the middle of the night, so I didn't take a shower and didn't check the water heater in the bathroom. The next day, I had to take a shower at night after get off work and there was no hot water at all. Notified the front desk but could not get any response. The money is collected as normal. The room was not changed to me. Really bad.

Alhamdulillah, all went smoothly, even though we were last minute booking through agoda (Rm 80.00 / night) payment method by Atome 3xmonth (can save for traveling expenses lol) .. Receptionist brother was so helpful & nice .. Small room but nice & very clean .. very comfortable prayer room (qibla ✅, ablution pipe friendly), there is an electric water heater & cup, soap books & towels provided, water heater bath function, there is a TV (favorite is live in Mecca 😘) there is a water dispenser on each level, easy paid parking (machine @ pahango apps) close to Teluk Cempedak & other travel places .. really recommend for anyone who wants to save budget & comfortable, this is the hotel .. fussy customers can find another hotel ..
