I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The rooms are not safe at all. The room can be accessed by anyone, It’s scary just thinking about it. Forget your belongings, your life matters most. They lack the security. Not safe at all.

If you care about your life and belongings then don’t stay here. TOTAL SCAM! UNSAFE! WATCH THE VIDEO I TOOK When they tried to justify that this is safe. How can this be safe? I complained about this and asked for a different room, but the front desk said they were fully booked. I called the owner and explained this, he agreed that they will refund me. But they didnt honor our agreement. They rejected my refund and told Agoda that I didnt give them enough time to fix the issue. They told me they fixed the issue so I went back and asked to show me how they fix it. Ridiculously enough, the front desk just slide the window and push the button. So anyone who pass by in the common hallway can push the button and slide the window thereby having the room they gave me completely accessible. The room itself smells like smelly feet that’s why I opened the window - thats when I noticed that the window is practically open and not lockable from the inside room! Check out the video, I highly do not recommend to stay here. Don’t get fooled by cheap prices, or false pictures advertising. There is far better accommodation around the area. Stay safe fellow tourist or locals. I even went to the police to file a case. I fully intend to file a civil case to the licensing office so they will review the safety of this accommodation. I will also report it to the tourism office. This is not about money, it is about safety that they didn’t understand. It is also about honouring your word. The owner blocked me and stopped responding to me. How unprofessional. But Really, what totally pissed me off is when they justified that it is safe. How can it be safe if when it can be widely open by anybody. Don’t wait for something bad to happen to you, skip this place. DONT STAY here!

The room stinks, there are cockroaches at check-in and the bathroom is dirty. The wait at the Front office was long.

I checked into a family room and was very disappointed with the hotel. There is dirt behind the beds — it’s clearly not cleaned. The bathroom is unsanitary: dirty mirror, unwashed surfaces, the toilet is leaking and only flushes sometimes. There is no hot water, there is an unpleasant smell, and water accumulates on the floor. The lighting is dim, the window is very small, and Wi-Fi does not work in the room. Overall, it feels like the room is not properly cleaned at all — as if they only change the bed linen and nothing else. The only positive thing is that the staff are kind and helpful. I do not recommend.

Very disappointed! The room was dirty, and the shared bathroom was even worse! Paper on the floor, cobwebs, hair everywhere, and a sink full of toothpaste. We weren't expecting much given the price, but still, hygiene standards should be a minimum! The Wi-Fi didn't work. And if you book a small room with a window, be careful because it doesn't close, so anyone can come in and take your belongings through the window that opens onto the hallway.
