Had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok. Everything was excellent from the room to the overall service. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the service across the board was impressive. The bell service was efficient, and the front desk team was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of, making the experience truly enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient place to go anywhere in Bangkok. BTS station is near by, big shopping mall is 3 min on foot. Staff was kind. Price was reasonable.

I have stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton and the Accor-affiliated Sofitel Bangkok 3-4 times a year. Feeling a bit tired of the same old routine, I decided to stay at this 4-star Hilton hotel for the first time. In terms of ratings, there is naturally a difference between a business hotel and a 5-star, even though it is a Hilton. However, it offers great value for money. The room grade certainly makes a difference at this price point. As it was my first time here, I felt that the service mindset is excellent. I particularly appreciated how they did their best to resolve even minor mistakes in the breakfast restaurant. I would like to commend the restaurant manager, KOI, for showing responsibility and a professional attitude in service. While the breakfast may not be at the level of an Accor 5-star, it is comparable. It made me think, "At this price, this is the place." I will stay here again next time. The location is a bit lower on the Sofitel side, but considering the price, that is something you have to accept.

Super hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was great. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was primarily a buffet but the fried eggs bacon etc were all sitting out and cold each day. But that's hardly a deal breaker.

Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. The location is excellent, with major shopping destinations like Emporium and Terminal 21 just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel is located in an excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from BTS Phrom Phong station, with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. It's connected to the Hilton hotel behind it, so you can also take a shortcut to Soi 24. There are many bars and restaurants in front of the hotel, which might be awkward for families with children. The staff are all smiling and friendly. They are very pleasant. This time, I stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable, and the light switches and outlets were conveniently located by the bedside. The desk was glass-fronted, so using a mouse might be difficult if you're working on a PC. The bathroom facilities—sink, toilet, and shower—are all in one area. The bathroom wall slides open, removing the partition from the bedroom, creating a spacious feel beyond the room's actual size. However, this design means there's no mirror directly in front of the sink, which is inconvenient. There's no bathtub, only a shower. While using the shower, the water became extremely hot (around 50°C) and wouldn't cool down, which was troublesome. After a while, I used the shower again and the water temperature returned to a comfortable level, which was great. The toilet is a Thai-style bidet toilet. The air conditioning works well, is quiet, and is very comfortable. There's a gym and a pool, but I didn't use them this time. The hotel's restaurants and bars close around 9 PM, so if you plan to use them, go early.

I stayed from April 15th to 17th. They offered to upgrade my room, but since the room I originally booked was on a higher floor with a better view, I decided not to upgrade and stayed there; it was pleasant and decent. The hotel breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and nice. Overall, I was satisfied.
