Ueno Park

It's very close to Ueno Station, and I could easily spend the whole day walking around the museums, zoo, and Shinobazu Pond. It was quite crowded on weekends, and a little too noisy for me as I was hoping for a quieter experience, but I liked the atmosphere where greenery and history were in harmony.

Nice park overall, but nothing amazing.

I'm a member of the National Museum of Nature and Science Friends Association and visit about once a month. I usually go on weekdays, but it's always crowded. There are lots of foreigners too. Besides people, one of the attractions is being able to see various flowers and plants that change with the seasons. If the weather is nice, I enjoy having my lunch in the park.🍴🙏

Beautiful park! Was so lovely to walk through during my last day in Tokyo. Everything is very well maintained and of course very clean! I even used the public toilets in the park and they were a little bit better than what you would expect for public park restrooms!
