It was so convenient to arrive by Shinkansen from Shin-Yokohama without even having to go above ground! The room was spacious, and the amenities were excellent; I was very satisfied. Since my stay was short, I'd like to stay longer next time.

The guest rooms were very nice and clean. The pool we used was well-attended by many staff members, making it a safe and enjoyable experience for our family. However, the check-in process was disappointing. Although we had booked a plan allowing check-in from 2:00 PM, they tried to turn us away without any confirmation, saying check-in was only from 3:00 PM. They only realized their mistake and allowed us to check in after we showed them our booking confirmation, but their arrogant attitude was very upsetting. If they offer such a package, they should properly inform and educate their staff; it's disappointing that the hotel doesn't seem to be at a level where this is properly done.

I recently stayed on the Bay Club floor. The service from check-in to check-out was extremely courteous. The room was kept spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The lounge staff were attentive and the food and drinks were excellent. The rice crackers from Hayama Hikagean served during afternoon tea were particularly unique and delicious. I also appreciated the inclusion of hot dishes in addition to the excellent selection of cold appetizers during cocktail hour. Furthermore, when I ordered a bouquet and cake for my room, they kindly accommodated several changes, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful time. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff of the Club Floor and Daiichi Engei for their excellent service during my stay. This is a wonderful hotel that I would like to use again.

The view from the room was nice, and the interior was clean.
